Kumo is a lovely place where you'll definitely want to snap some Instagram-worthy photos! My husband and I tried two types of matcha ice cream and a pancake with matcha cream filling, and overall, we were quite satisfied. The ice cream was delicious, with a pleasant matcha flavor that, in my opinion, wasn’t fishy or swampy but rather had the delicate taste of green herbal tea. The pancakes were fantastic—super tender and delicious!

The only downside I would mention is the hygiene. While the employees do wear gloves, they seem pointless since they still touch everything with their hands—food, doors, the cash register, money, trackers, and even their clothes and hair. I hope that management will reconsider their hygiene practices or better train the staff to handle food more hygienically...

We recently visited KUMO|Dorayaki & Softeis, and it was an absolute treat! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones. The variety of flavors was impressive—from classic vanilla and chocolate to more fabulous flavours like Taro, Matcha, Dorayakieis and Monboran, etc. What stood out the most was the quality. Each scoop was creamy, rich, and clearly made with care. We had Taro, Matcha and Dorayakieis. They were all delicious and had the perfect balance of sweetness and texture.

The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

This café sells super cute matcha and taro soft ice and also dorayaki. The café has limited space inside but it was so cute! It was unfortunately burning warm inside the café (had no idea how the soft ice did not melt 😅) I ordered dorayaki matcha ice to get to taste both dorayaki and matcha. I would say the matcha ice was good, even if the matcha was not so strong as I expected (I drink matcha every day, so I would consider my tolerance level would be above average).
