I want to write a complaint about the service. The two bartenders (two girls) were unprofessional and the female admin covered them. The bartender yelled at me for 2 minutes because I waved to her, letting her know that I was waiting. Persuaded another bartender not to serve me. They called security to take me out, I have never seen such an attitude in my life! The admin spoke like an offended and angry girl when I said that I would write a complaint about this situation. The guards were polite, and the three women were disrespectful and non-professional. The name of the bartenders was not given to me, but I hope such not stress-resistant ones will lose their jobs quickly and will never communicate with customers.

Had very bad experience on Saturday evening here, around 9 PM this bar was almost empty sat there with couple of friends, had non alcoholic drinks as 2 of us got booster shots in morning, when we asked for refill staff denied refill and asked us to leave As they said there are many other places to drink lemonade in Frankfurt, we were in the middle of a discussion and had to leave for no reason 😒😒 Will not recommend it to any international tourist as it paints bad picture of Frankfurt which has many other good people friendly places so please...
