Wow, blown away by the quality of the coffee! I live in Australia, travelled the world and this would be in my top 3 for milk-based coffee. Had the Ethiopian beans in a flat white, and one of the coconut-infused(?) beans in a latte. Couldn't try the blueberry beans as filtered coffee, sadly. This review would be an essay if I described the quality and nuances of the coffee I had, but suffice to say they had the right balance of everything, and the flavour/smell intended by the maker were prominent.
The barista knows his craft! There was a noticeable difference in the amount of foam between the flat white and the latte! The use and ratio of milk was just right. The water for the coffee was filtered. Everything about making a good coffee was thought of!

Read moreThis is a collaboration along Kaiserstraße where you find a small coffee counter called Why! Speciality Coffee inside a home appliance shop called Midea Home Lounge. There are some seating tables within. They do take-away as well.
We stopped here for a quick coffee break recently and found their espresso macchiato to be excellent. Espresso taste was strong, bold and lovely, slightly tempered by the milk and foam. Nice texture, really nice coffee. Americano served on the day was a solid black coffee as well. Would gladly return to have coffee...

For the price that is charged, which is REALLY expensive (even more expensive than cafés that serve la cabra beans compared to the ones from backyard that are used here), I expected more knowledge and understanding of the products that are served.
