Kikilucky — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Ordered the strawberry matcha boba with extra matcha. When I received it, it looked like there was only a little bit of matcha. I just took it because sometimes the matcha looks less but it could be strong concentrated. I mixed it and this (the picture) is what I got. Literally no taste or hint of matcha, just strawberry milk. After taking the picture I just put the whole thing in the bin. I felt bad but I couldn’t drink it any more…

Also the boba was overcooked and service was not great. I asked if extra matcha was possible and then the lady frowned, sighed, and then wrote something on the cup (I assume the arrow next to the matcha), and then said they’ll try, and then threw the pen on the table. Like really threw. If they didn’t want to accept the request, why not just say no to my question? I didn’t even end up getting the extra matcha so what was the attitude for?

Also you’re not allowed to wait inside the store even when there is no one waiting. I went when there was no queue and they still told me to leave after ordering and then again to leave straight away after I got my order.

Ich persönlich finde den Laden sehr ansprechend, als auch die Bubble Teas sehr lecker - jedoch sind mir jetzt zwei Dinge in diesem Laden passiert, weshalb ich am liebsten keinen einzigen Stern geben möchte.

Szenario 1: Letzten Sommer war ich bei Kikilucky gewesen, um mir einen Bubble Tea für Zuhause mitzunehmen. Da ich weiß, dass die Tapioka Perlen, die ich immer nehme, nach nur wenigen Stunden an ihrer Konsistenz verlieren (auch wenn man sie im Kühlschrank lagert), so wollte ich, dass man mir das getrennt abverpackt. Ich war auch bereit mehr zu bezahlen. Daraufhin meinte der Mitarbeiter, dass das nicht möglich sei. Möglich war es schon, nur machen wollte er es nicht.

Ich hab dann gefragt wieso, jedoch beantwortete er dies, dass es eine Firmenregelung ist. Das habe ich so akzeptiert und hab dann meinen Bubbletea so mitgenommen.

Trotz alle dem bin ich weiterhin Kundin geblieben bis jetzt!

Szenario 2: Gestern plante ich nun wieder zu Kikilucky zu gehen und schaute im Internet wie lange es offen ist: 20.30 Uhr stand da. Lustigerweise haben sie es heute geändert auf 20 Uhr. Also bin ich da um 19.54 und schau auf die karte und will um 19.57 rein. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt gehe ich noch davon aus, dass wir hier noch eine gute halbe Stunde Zeit haben. Ich merke, dass der Mitarbeiter anfängt die Tür vor mich zu schieben. Er hat sonst nichts gesagt und mich auch nicht vorgewarnt. Ich bin keine Drama Queen, aber ich war so perplex, weil ich ja auch davon ausging, dass es offen ist (stand im Netz).

Erst als ich gefragt habe, macht ihr jetzt zu - da kam die Antwort ja und dass sie um 20 Uhr schließen. Wir hatten jedoch noch keine 20 Uhr und ich hab ihm gezeigt, dass im Netz steht, dass Sie noch offen haben. Eine Passantin bestätigte mich auch. Er entgegnete mir nur, dass es keine Bubble Teas mehr gibt.

Ich weiß, dass der Job hart ist und dass man nach 9 Stunden Arbeit endlich heim will, bin selbst aus dem Service und seit über 10 Jahren Kellnerin, jedoch ist man doch ein bisschen höflich und kündigt sich an. Ich mein ein "Entschuldigen Sie" hätte mir vollkommen gereicht. Zumal die vor dem eigentlichen Ladenschluss geschlossen haben. Das finde ich nicht normal und bei meinem Arbeitgeber wäre das sicher nicht durchgegangen.

Der Laden ist von der Aufmachung toll, die Getränke sind lecker, aber dass man nicht kundenfreundlich ist, geht gar nicht.

Mir persönlich war das so unangenehm so rausgeschmissen zu werden, dass ich auch nicht mehr kommen werde. Empfehlen kann ich es auch nicht mehr so richtig und wenn dann nur basierend auf die...
