I highly recommend Bona'me for their very large portions of delicious food. I suggest ordering just one dish from the menu, as we made a huge mistake by ordering too much and couldn't finish it all, but we were able to take the leftovers with us. The food at Bona'me is very tasty and filling, with large portions and an interesting format for their restaurant which allows for quick preparation. The Şiş Kebap and Black Angus - Spiess were both delicious and juicy, while the Beyti was very flavorful and moist. The Karişik Meze is a great appetizer for two people, and if you love Turkish soup, I highly recommend trying the Mercimek Çorbası. For a satisfying and delicious meal, I recommend the Köfteli Çiftlik Saç. Additionally, the Bona'me® Frühstück is a very filling and tasty breakfast option. Overall, Bona'me is a great place to go if you're looking for generous portions of delicious food, with a variety of options to choose from. Just be sure to not over-order, as the portions are quite large!

One of the finest restaurants in town. The food and taste was good. The price was quite a budget friendly for the places like this, and the atmosphere was very nice and clean. Overall the place is great. About the food from the attached picture, here's the order details and reviews individually, I ordered the following: 1. ŞİŞ KEBAP (Black Angus skewer on spinach bulgur & herb quark), 2. TAVUKLU SALATA (Salad with chicken breast strips), 3. EXTRA COFFEES (Meatballs), 4. BEYAZ PEYNİRLİ PİDE (Pide with white cheese & mozzarella), 5. SÜTLAÇ (Rice pudding from the oven), and 6. POMEGRANATE SHERBET (Pomegranate Rose Shrub). Now the reviews about these dishes: 1. ŞİŞ KEBAP was tasty but average tasty and I could rate it as 7.5/10. 2. TAVUKLU SALATA (with chicken), 7.5/10 for the presentation, but for the taste it would be 6.5/10. 3. EXTRA COFFEES (Meatballs), that was the best and eventually ordered two more of them and I'd rate them as 8.5/10. 4. BEYAZ PEYNİRLİ PİDE, average taste, so I'd recommend to order other dish because you find good pide at other places too. 6/10. 5. SÜTLAÇ, indeed another best thing and ordered couple of more for the family and it deserves the rating of 9/10 I guess. 6. POMEGRANATE SHERBET, I didn't like it at first but maybe that was because I was expecting a different taste like a tetra-pack juice or maybe I didn't mix it initially, but after some time it developed the taste and I really enjoyed the sherbet 8/10. I hope this review helps others who are looking for recommendations what to order. But this is just my own opinion you might want to try and experience yourself for the stuff of your choice. Enjoy! Edit: recently I visited again and it was a bit of headache to find the food for order. The menu is too complicated especially when you are ordering directly at their attached system without first looking at the menu online.

We had the Karisik Meze, which is a selection of different appetizers. (13,90€) You get e.g. sucuk, dumplings, hummus, olives, different spreads and bread. We really like the selection, especially the sucuk, dumplings, garlic bread and the hummus. As main dishes we got the Beytu Tavuklu - chicken flatbread (12,90 €) and the Köfteli Ciflik Sac with minced meat (11,90 €). Especially the Beytu Tavuklu tasted delicious, the dish was well seasoned, the chicken was tender and the yoghurt sauce the perfect topping. The Köfteli Ciflik Sac tasted good, the seasoning of the minced meat was not exactly to my taste, but it was in general a good dish. We went to this restaurant for the first time, and we did not know how it works, maybe there could be a "how-to bona'me" guide at the table. I think as a customer it will be nicer if the cutlery is at the table and glasses can be found at the bar where you pick up your drink not at the buffet.

I visited this place when i was in Hamburg. A great tasting turkish food restaurant especially to breakfast. A different concept in this place. You get a card like a Mastercard when entering. And then you walk arround, and order the food or drinks you want, where you use your recieved boname card. You get an electronic device to tell you when your food is ready, so selfservice. But it was little diffecult to find out what each order did cost before ordering it. You could look at the menu but then remember the prices while looking arround on the stands to order food. Thats why i give it a one less star. Before you leave you return the boname card and pay the amount you have used. Be aware that the prices is little at the high end compared to other turkish restaurants in Hamburg.

The food was incredibly tasty. The prices are affordable, for two persons we paid around 35 euros. The place is some kind of open kitchen, you pick your favorite thing and order and pickup yourself from the countertop. The only big minus for us was that due to Corona, they have only German menus, which the tear apart after each use, but as this is a highly rated restaurant I would have expected them to print an English version, it is a sheet of paper after all. The problem was not that the menu was in German, but that this is a Turkish restaurant and it had a mix of Turkish and German language stuff. We know neither so we spend about 30 min to try to figure out what is the stuff written in there with Google translate and images. Besides that, everything was ok.

Had a very nice dinner with a colleague. Didn't know the concept but was very nice. You order on a terminal with a card and when your meal is ready. The beeper rings and you can go and pick it up. The lady who was there was of good advice as well. Really enjoyed the meal. We shared all we ordered and that was very delicious and tasty The falafel one was a bit dry but very tasty. Really enjoyed my dinner there despite the fact that it is very noisy. The restaurant was full of people which is generally a good indicator or good restaurant but the noise is a but annoying when you try to have a conversation as people tend to speak louder and louder you can reorder if you want with your card on the terminal and paymentat check out before you leave
