The unfriendliest restaurant I ever been to. First I ordered something for take away. The order was ok but when asking for something to drink I was told that I should look around to find a shop nearby. Then friends wanted to sit outside and put a chair on a wrong place. Which was not good but might happen. The waiter shouted at them and insulted them. I told him that he might be right but this can be told in a normal voice as well. Read moreThe food is really delicious and at a good price. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that could be improved is the hygiene. There were no alcohol dispensers and no toilet where you can wash your hands, as the place is very small. The cutlery stands on the tables in a mug, and the forks and spoons face upwards, so you get to touch the ones you're not going to use. Read moreBlimey, what a stroke of luck! We stumbled upon this joint by searching a hot soup and got the best Chicken Pho this side of the Ho Chi Minh trail! Uncle Ho would be grinning from ear to ear with pride and satisfaction.
The chicken Pho was top-notch, proper housemate broth bursting with flavor, none of that takeaway salty broth blandness.
Super crispy spring rolls and (!!!) Saigon Export beer imported all the way from Vietnam!
Plus, the service was spot on, genuinely delightful.
