JusTea Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Hamburg

Absolutely the best bubble tea I've had for about 10 years. I love taro bubble tea, but it's gotta be like a smoothie (not only milk, but also ice cubes), and then with tapioca pearls/bubbles.

Most bubble tea places offer milkshakes or iced teas, and don't usually want to change the recipe. I can understand why, there are certain amounts that have to go in, and to get creative, you really have to know what you're doing... And the woman who mixed our drinks (the owner, I think) knew exactly what she was doing!

She accommodated my tastes and made the best bubble tea I've had in Germany, and also advised my partner, who also said his was the best he's ever had (and he liked mine, despite not being a fan of milk drinks).

They have a good variety of milk tea and fruit tea and each comes with one choice of tapioca or jelly pieces. They are not very crowded but service is great and fast. Had oolong milk tea with grass jelly, it was super delicious! Tasted similar to one I normally drink in Singapore.
