I visited this restaurant on September 18. When I saw this place had 4.9 out of 5 with more than a 1000 reviews I knew I should have given it a try. We ordered one Marvelous and one Early Bird, both of them with a Mango Curry topping. We cannot complain about any of them. They were tasty and the ingredients were real fresh. My only suggestion is that it would amazing if smaller salads were available on the menu. As a person that doesn't eat much I felt guilty for not being able to finish my salad because I was too full. Recommendations: if you want to eat here, please don't forget your vaccination certificate. Also, only card payments are available, so please make sure you bring your credit or debit card with you.

Salads are actually pretty good, but many are very similar. Biggest grievance is that the service is mediocre, waiting times long (few guests only), interior is cold and clinical / not comfy at all / so many lights that one starts to wonder about whether so many lights is wasting, and the whole concept seems a little like greenwashing - all looks ecofrieny, but the details are strange: no drinking water (tanks are there but empty), knives-forks in the restaurant come in single use (!) paper envelopes (why?!?). Also I find the places that do not trust their guests with a can of beer or glass of wine a bit hypocritical - yes, they do not serve neither plain water nor any beverages with alcohol.

This restaurant is very good. It’s mainly a salad place and extremely clean – honestly, one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve seen in Hamburg. Everything sparkles. Ordering is easy, and I really appreciate the cash-free area. The ingredients are very fresh, and there’s a wide variety to choose from when building a salad. The salad I had was fresh, nicely balanced, and filling, I was satisfied for the whole day, even without taking the bread. The prices are on the higher side, but definitely worth it. Service was quick, and the overall design is minimalistic and calm. There’s no loud noise or music, which really supports the healthy-lifestyle concept. I really like this restaurant.
