Sternwarte - Hannover — Restaurant in Hanover

This is the bar to go to if you are in Hannover city. The owner knows what it takes to keep his patrons happy. I guess some people were just meant to own proper bars, you either have that or not. This bar has the zing guys! It’s like being in the States where we know how customer service important is! Rare to find in Germany unfortunately but all that aside, guys go have a drink here when you are in Hannover city. Hold up, the decor theme is…. Drum roll…. Hollywood movies. Need I say more all you Film Fans. Note it’s for all (i.e 21 and above) because it is laid back yet hip. Had a good time here!...

Best cocktail bar in Hannover - if you don’t know what you want, just tell the genius bartenders what you like for spirits/mixers and they will come up with a masterpiece.

Der Abend fing gut an, die männliche Bedienung war humorvoll und freundlich, die location schön und die cocktails lecker. Im Laufe des abends wurde das Lokal voller und die Wartezeiten für Cocktails streckten sich auf 30 bis 40 Minuten! Als ich nach 40 Minuten den Cocktail abgelehnt hatte, wurde die zuvor freundliche Bedienung stinksauer und hat angefangen sich mit uns zu streiten. Nach dem Motto - das Lokal ist grade voll, schneller geht's nicht.

Ich als zahlender Kunde (die Preise sind gehoben) erwarte aber in einem Lokal, in dem ausschließlich Getränke angeboten werden, schnellere Bedienung als in 40 Minuten. Außerdem ist es nicht mein Problem, wenn das Lokal voll ist (oh welch Überraschung am Samstagabend!).

Vielleicht sollten die Angestellten auch nochmal überdenken, ob die Zeit, die sie für ihre eigenen Cocktails/Shots aufwenden, nicht bei den Kunden besser...
