Rischart Bakery — Restaurant in Munich

The worst experience I've ever had at a bakery. Me and my 2 friends (one of color and the other one a hebrew, just to clarify for the story I'm about to tell) went to Rischart to try some croissants looking pastry with apple (my friend recommended this since it was the best thing he's ever had since he was a child) so we went there like normal people and immediately started getting looks. So we ordered the things and guess what, they charge you more if you want to eat there and not take away and they don't even tell you till you sit. So anyways we got our things and as we sit this white girl that was woking there (the workers probably know who I'm talking about since there were only 3 poeple(1 women of color, 1 Indian fella and this woman) starts shouting how drinks from outside are strictly prohibited and starts talking in an offensive language to me and my friends. The black server was the nicest there and she let us sit and finish the food meanwhile the white girl kept looking at us right in the eye till we finished and as soon as we finished she started again telling us to get out of the store and offendin me and my 2 friends in the worst ways possible you can imagine. So as a conclusion this place is antisemitic, racist and homophobic to their costumers. Definitely don't recommend. The reviews talk...

I have never received such rude service, especially when it’s a fast-service type setting where I’m buying already made items (you barely need much customer service apart from a hi what would you like).

We bought something here in the morning and it was all fine, we came back at the end of the day and wanted some dessert. We don’t speak or read German and chose a dessert based on looks and it looked like a cheesecake. We stood in front of the display where the said dessert was and tried to get someones attention so we can point to it. This lady made us walk over to where she was to order and we said can we please have the cheesecake and she gave us attitude straight up muttering in German to her colleague, looked pissed and kept repeating the word cheesecake like we are idiots for not ordering in German.

It would have helped from the beginning if she just allowed us to point to what we wanted in the display. After her poor attitude and unwillingness to provide customer service, we said we didn’t want to order anymore and that set her off on a tangent of even more rudeness and muttering. I was in the store on January 02, 2024 at 12:20 p.m. I ordered two cheese sandwiches and a coffee. There was a blonde woman at the checkout and I ordered and paid from her and then I just sat down at a table and then I got the food, the food was packaged like I ordered it to go and then the same woman who was at the checkout came to us and started shouting very loudly and disrespectfully and said four times in a row that in Germany you can't eat this packaged food that is available to take away in the store, so everyone who was in the store heard her, and then she forced us to leave the store without offering to unpack it, even though she had prepared the food to take away from the beginning without asking. Just a very bad and unbelievable experience and it is not recommended at all to go there and spend money on such terrible service...
