I would definitely recommend NOT ever going even close to this Starbucks (in the station one). It's gonna be one of the worst experiences you can have as a customer. I ordered tall iced pumpkin spice latte with extra shot and the person preparing the drink (eggel) was super rude and arrogant. He made my drink wrong by putting syrup then milk then shots of espresso, I know the standard so I asked him very politely could he make it by standard and put syrup coffee then milk to what he answered that he knows how to do his job (obviously he does not and probably can't remember all the standard l) when I told him how he should make it he was saying that he will not make it like that and then seeing that obviously the syrup didn't blend with coffee he took a spoon and mixed the drink manually 😂😂 then he proceeded to be rude and saying that he knows better that me. He put normal milk in stead of lactose free. Then he closed the drink not even putting pumpkin spice on it and throw it on the bar almost pushing it over to the floor. When I asked his name still being polite he said he will not give me his name. He was also wearing super dirty clothes making it hard to believe he showers or washes his clothes. Would say that is not a hygiene. Vitrina was completely empty so the person didn't even prepare for his shift properly. Overall just awful experience. Hope that this kinda behaviour would not be tolerated to represent a big brand...
Read moreThere is a Starbucks just beside platform 11 in the main train departure area at München Hauptbahnhof (Munich Central Station). This is a conveniently located Starbucks that is open from 3.30am to 2.30am daily, closing up for just 1 hour a day to clean up and restock.
You'll find open window seating just in front of the order counter, window table includes wireless phone chargers, which was nice as we needed a charge. There is a small seating area as well to the side of the order counter. It was full up at the time time we stopped by in the morning, probably something that occurs throughout the day.
Queue was 4-5 people when we arrived, drink and food orders handled quickly. We ordered a doppio espresso, which tasted pretty much the same as what we are served at Starbucks back in Hong Kong. We also tried the Lebkuchen (gingerbread) Latte that was very sweet and tasted ok, an interesting seasonal holiday drink. Cinnamon Roll ordered with our coffee drinks was similarly very sweet and tasted fine.
In the end, this was more or less the Starbucks experience expected at a very conveniently located branch at Hauptbahnhof, perfect for those awaiting train departure...

Since when Starbucks changed their own policy not writing names on the cups when other staffs were asking names with full of smile on other customers. I asked and confirmed her how are you gonna check my order if you don’t write and ask my name. she answered “you can find it anyway” with very impolite manner.
I have an allergic to lactose, hence, i ordered almond latte, when i drank it in the train. I realized that it made with a normal milk causing me abdominal discomfort. Of course, she was rush to just throw my order to others to make a mistake.
I always have a good impression over Starbucks all over the world but except in Munich hbf Starbucks.
Starbucks has their own policy that “everyone should feel welcomed at...
