Gyros Pou Gyrevis Souvlaki — Restaurant in Athens

Gyros was ok. After trying O Paris in Alimos, O Thanasis in Monasteraki and Το Σπιτικό Souvlaki in Perama, the quality didn't meet the standard. Pita bread was not soft (they Toast on the pan which is not good for the oily result) and didn't taste as good as the others. Meat was cuted like a döner and they didn't have kebab meat. The tomato was not really tasty like the ones I have been eating here 3 stars because of the unfriendliness of the mature lady at the cashier. I ordered a soda in a bottle. They were in the fridge but warm and I asked to change for a can one which was a bit colder and she refused because she didn't want to refund me the 0,40 cents... Authentic. Budget-friendly. Classic. Fresh. Very good. It took less than 10 minutes from arrival to last bite. We were walking back from Kostas when my girlfriend got hungry again.

First stop here on my Athens trip. Ended up coming here because my friend and I wanted to eat gyros and this place had fairly good reviews. We got two chicken gyros and a Greek salad. The salad was good but the gyro was mediocre at best. The service however left a lot to be desired. They were unnecessarily rude.
