Worst ever!!i do not recommend! I’ve ordered almost the most expensive pasta in their menu that claims to have mushrooms and cream & which costs 15.5 euro and its called “penne fresche tartufo” it came with 5 small mushrooms😳. when one of this wasn’t even eatable(hard and burned) When I asked for Parmesan the waiter said it’s extra . Needed to ask the waiter for some stuff all the time.
The stools and tables outside was Shaky!& the folding chairs not comfortable at all! (This tables and chairs doesn’t exist even in the low quality bars or restaurants.
Distant waitering and service. Pasta dish was super tiny and uncooked! it’s first time in my Life I was still hungry after eating a pasta!!total disappointment. to end this experience they’ve added a bottle of water to the bill which I haven’t even ordered or touched and they pushed it automatically just when I came.
The pasta itself was super heavy which left a bad taste in my mouth.I’ve visited ton’s of pasta restaurants around the world !the quality of the pasta(Small uncooked and cheap on mushrooms since there was tiny 4 pieces of them.
The service is below average while the price is very expensive compared to the what you get !!The service is arrogant and not the warmest. Final conclusion will never order there again either recommend.lots of other places which are cheaper and more quality you get more of what you pay including the dishes service...
Read moreThe service was polite, but the food was unacceptable. Both carbonaras we ordered were overcooked, and even after sending one back, the replacement came the same way. The waiter explained the spaghetti was precooked and suggested penne instead, which is shocking considering we were the only table there. Cooking fresh pasta takes minutes, yet the kitchen chose convenience over quality. We’ve been regulars for years, but this lack of respect for customers’ money and standards means we won’t be returning.
Following up on the owner’s response, it’s disappointing to see an attempt to dismiss valid criticism by framing it as “personal taste” instead of offering a sincere apology. The real issue here is clear: when dining at an Italian restaurant and paying for a dish of pasta, one reasonably expects it to be freshly cooked. Pasta takes only a few minutes to boil—there is absolutely no justification for serving pre-boiled pasta. This isn’t a slow-cooked sauce or ragù that requires advance preparation.
Trying to excuse what is ultimately a failure in the kitchen as “subjective taste” is simply unacceptable. Finally, presenting a €25 bill after ruining a lunch for four people, rather than apologizing and making amends, reflects very poorly on your approach to...
Read moreThe pizza was good. I had the Funghi pizza. It was a little saltless, so I asked the waitress for salt and some topping mozzarella, etc. The waitress didn't bring any salt but brought some sort of mozzarella and said it should be salty enough so I should not need extra salt. The topping cheese was pretty flavorless too, so I had to ask them for extra salt again.
From a quality food spot like this, I would expect salt, pepper, mozzarella, other toppings, etc., to come with the order as standard. Customers shouldn’t ask for three times.
When they finally brought the salt, they also didn't take the empty drinks from the table.
I also felt rushed to order when I asked for differences about their local drinks. I didn't even understand what drink I ordered. Lol.
I like the quality of the pizza, and the drink was good too, so I’m giving this place four stars, but the service should...
