The product is okay. But the staff is terrible. They’re openly making fun of the customer, it’s so blatant that it’s really irritating. They even go to the shop next door to gossip. Just choose another ice cream shop, it’s probably just as good and the attitude can’t be worse. You can even see on other advices given here that they make fun of people criticizing how they behave.

A very high quality ice cream shop in a great location! Also the coffee is very good and in a pretty good price. The staff is extremely helpful also . Obviously there are a lot of ice cream shops in Chania but this tend to be my favourite place the last 2 years ..Hard to argue. Very, very good ice cream… all the kinds and in fair prices .
