Cafe BITE — Restaurant in Municipality of Heraklion

Came here because I heard it was a great café. It was completely empty — not a single person around. They had a Wi-Fi sign, so I took out my laptop to do a bit of work. The owner immediately came over and, in a very rude and angry tone, told me “No tablets” (even though it was clearly a laptop). Really unpleasant and unnecessary, especially since I was the only customer there.

On the plus side, the coffee was actually good. But unfortunately, the attitude ruined...

Cozy cafe with a metropolitan feel. It was open very early in the morning, and the big glass door opened to the very nice view of the sea. The lady was welcoming, with nice spoken English, made us three coffees and offered lovely breakfast. Green yoghurt was delicious and one of member’s allergy to honey was quickly accommodated by an alternative in form of apricot marmalade. The cherry on top was a bottle of water on the house :)

Laid back vibe with a friendly gentleman providing you with great service and good food. My english breakfast was fine but ny wife loved the Swiss one! There is refreshing breeze visiting the place through the window every bow and then. You can watch the airplanes taking turn after taking off from Heraklion airport.
