The worst service I have ever experienced in that price range.

First of all: The girl at the entrance took us to a table where there was a leftover plastic water bottle from previous guests.

Extremely bad coordination of the waiters. They didn't bring us water when we sat down and when they realized their mistake 2 different people brought us water. When our drinks arrived, the waiter didn't know if they were at the right table. All of that is to say that the management of the staff is extremely uncoordinated and amateurish.

The worst came later when, after about 15 minutes of getting our starters, they brought us our main dishes without even asking us if we would like to move on. When we told them that we weren't ready and that they were rushing us, the waiter told us to take the dishes back in the kitchen to keep them warm. After we complained, the manager told us they would remake the dishes, which was a straight-up lie.

The pork we ordered still had blood in it, which is a crazy health risk.

They brought us a desert, and the plate was hot for a cold desert.

They said that the desert was on them, but the prices didn't match, so we suspect that they charged us for desert when we didn't order one. I say "we suspect" because they never brought us the receipt.

When we confronted the manager after we paid, he pinned everything to his staff, which is super disrespectful and unprofessional. This place is violating MULTIPLE health codes and engaging in illegal tax and financial practices (never brought us the receipt)

Stay away from it at all costs if you want to have a...

TLDR: The service we had, contrary to others’ experiences, was lovely. We were asked repeatedly how the food was and if we needed anything. But the food leaves a little to be desired compared to other shops in the area. View is lovely. Overall would recommend coming for a dessert or coffee, but that’s about it. The extensive menu is quite varied so they don’t seem to specialise in a certain dish or cuisine.

Gnocchi: chewy and yummy, done well, and had chicken.

Carbonara: was alright, pasta done al dente but nothing amazing to shout about

Fish Soup: the fish meat was soft and lovely, but the soup salty and we were unable to finish it though a small bowl would’ve been fine

Mussels dish: One prawn was undercooked. Mussels tasted alright. Too much cheese which left the dish kinda salty.

Tiramisu: probably the best dish - we finished it. Presentation was good though lady fingers could’ve been soaked more.

Dessert on the house (greek yoghurt w grapes and honey): Wonderful! It...

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Went there with my friend for dinner because the location was nice near the sea, we ordered our food and drinks and the waitress bought over the wrong drink even though I’ve said to her the drink we wanted twice. I told her politely that that’s not the drink we ordered and instead of saying sorry I did not hear you she basically blamed me for her taking the order wrong and her exact words were “ you gonna have to speak louder because I can’t hear from the music” in a not so nice tone so I basically ended up apologising to her instead and you would think that’s the end of it but no she went over to the other staff members talking to them and they just kept looking over at us. Very nice location food was alright service absolutely terrible. Made me feel very uncomfortable to sit there couldn’t even eat my food as I lost my appetite and the place it’s not cheap either. Personally I...

Wife said that everyone was only having coffee was telling sign, alas, we convinced ourselves that we were just early for lunch... Should have listened to the wife's gut. The pros: Great atmosphere and view of the sea Cons: We came for lunch. The chicken salad was drenched with Caesar dressing. As if someone's child tossed the salad. A big mess. And strips of some cold cut maybe ham was strewn throughout. The grilled chicken was maybe four small pieces and dry, leftovers definitely. The calamari was fried but very chewy and likely frozen. I asked if it was fresh and the waiter said 'yes!'. I'm the fool to get frozen calamari by the seaside, but flagging so others don't make the same mistake. Wife's order ravioli that looked like it was topped with last night's sauce. The presentation was 1-star and looked old. Cannot recommend for other than the iced espresso which looks like a popular option among those on the outdoor deck.

BIG MISAKE. The only thing this place has going for it is the location right on the harbor. We came up from the harbor (back stairs) and should have noticed that although the place was busy, there wasn’t a single local. All tourists. We were told to sit anywhere. Our server was void of any personality or expression. She never welcomed us - just stood there waiting to take our order. We felt like a bother or inconvenience rather than lunch guests. The food was mediocre at best. The salad had good ingredients but very bland dressing and the risotto was basically rice with a lot of broth - not creamy at all. Portions and prices were comparable to other restaurants where we have eaten - but the service and quality were far below. And the aggressive seagulls!! They hop onto your table and you have to literally bat them out of the way. There are so many other GOOD places on the harbor… avoid this one.
