Wow just visited them !!

After many visits and multiple failed attempts I never expected a mcdonald's to reach that level of awesomeness !!

The staff was ready for action, extremely polite and friendly , everything was clean and they toned down the prices !!!

They even gave me a reminder to not forget my bags in the restaurant along with many other costumers and they were willing to pick out my leftover burger bags to throw them in the trash !!!

They are amazing !!! I never expected anything like the current visit at McDonald's and I would like to see this staff get a raise for their hard work and effort or at the very least a huge round of applause cause they deserve it !!

I was always a big fan of McDonald's and I truly never expected an experience like this where they could leave me with a huge smile !!!

Keep up the amazing work McDonald's!!!! You guys...

After nearly a week of 5 star (let’s be honest, 3 star) hotel buffet dinners I had enough. My partner and I got in the hire car and made the 1.5 hour trek across the north coast in search of the good stuff.

Oh my it felt good, like saying hello to an old friend. Tasted like the UK except the fries were piping hot and the portion was massive. We had table service after using the order point and the waitress was kind enough to address us in English, to which I gave my best Greek thank you, which seemed to go well.

The place was really busy with mainly locals, drive through non stop and deliveries flying out the front. Clean, tidy and I can’t find fault. If you like Maccy’s, you will be fine here. About €10 per meal, to...

The place needs focus om hygiene, it is not clean. The personel is only in front desk, no one clean tables or check if the play area for children is clean. Toilets are the worst, no paper and realy smelly. Last time we will visit them.

We know that the company have strict rules about washing hands when you do change stands. In Heraklion they take your money and then fix the chips without washing hands. We did find poo in the play area for children. I must say I wonder if they use the same washing cloth at toilets and on tables the few times they wash, sorry to say.

We observed one person at the kitchen in private clothes, washing the "grill"-not gloves.

This restaurant realy has to improve: system, hygiene...
