Owner/ chef is Italian or speaks Italian. The first day we came around 22.00. There were five tables free. We asked if we could eat in for two. The man said in about 30 minutes. We came straight away from the airport and didn't want to look for a different restaurant and we wanted to wait, sit and thrink wile waiting. But he meant come back in 30 minutes, what is really rude and strange to say. So we left and ate at Advocado (what I delight that was!)
Today my wife really wanted to eat here, because her friend said absolutely to go . So we called and reserved a table.
They don't laugh, they don't like to talk, unless they have to. There was no table seated: we were the only ones dining. All this was about their aditude. If the food is good, I don't care about their mood. If the food is good, I tipp at least 25% no matter there aditude.
The salad was fresh and tasted really nice and a big portion enough for two. The Bruschettas were burnt from the side and the bottom was as black as charcoal. No garlic was used so it was just bread with fresh tomatoes, olive oil and some green herbs. I turned the burned side of the Bruschettas on my plate and left it like that. They walked by 10 times, didn't ask one time how the food was of how we are doing. Untill the main courses came, they didn't take the burned bruschettas away.
The pizza was horrible. The dough was wet and squishy. I took the pizza tonno. There was little bit of tuna. But almost no onions at all. My wife took the ravioli. That was also not great.
The seats were not so comfortable but maybe not such a big deal.
I payed with card, 0 tip. And I really didn't want to write this review. But because they even didn't ask how it was after I stood up to pay and left no tip, I think this is the only way to let THEM KNOW how our night out in their...
