The Hostel From Hell We arrived at the Czech Inn with high that it would be a positive stay but unfortunately things went from bad to worse. Our experience with the staff was very negative, we did not find them polite and they were reluctant to be helpful. They put minimum into our stay to making our stay enjoyable. The next morning, I became rather alarmed at the sight of a hair in my waffle (not one of mine). The location of the hostel was also an issue being located up a large and constant hill. However, the worst of all was the discovery of a bed bug infestation on the last evening. We were shown the bed bugs by others in the room and came to realise the extent of the issue with almost everyone in our 36 bed room lined reception with complaints to which the staff member shrugged his shoulders and offered no help. We spent the evening camped awake hoping not to be bitten by the bed bugs. We left at the crack of dawn the next morning with no intention of coming back.

If you have any desire to have a positive holiday experience, stay far away...

Worst service ever!!! Extremely boring stuff, No strings to Czech Republic at all!!! Waiting 20 minutes for each beer is not an option in Czech, - everybody leaves.... stayed there for 2 hours, have 2!!!!! Beers, waited for a bill more than a 20 minutes and when we came to the bar, they said: "oh, you want to pay? Sorry guys.... "

Rename the pub or change the service!!

On the other side, czech beer is great and it feels...

The food is good but the service (a lady) is the worst I've experienced in Hungary. It was only one other company there except for me and my husband. Still, the service was extremely slow, and the waitress was not service minded at all. The other company left angry after they drank a beer and still hadn't been able to order food. I've brought friends here 3 times before, but we will after yesterday not...
