Burger King Anna — Restaurant in Budapest

You guys are best when in comes to service, I was visiting Budapest for the weekend and during early hours there weren't any forex to change. I dropped by MCDonalds and they accepted the Euro and in exchange for food. However the balance was paid in Ft and definitely not the exchange rate I get out and cheated.

The same day evening, I visited this place and I had simple exhausted all my ration. I just had enough ft to pay off for a single burger and close enough to buy a drink.

The gentleman at the counter understanding the situation was kind enough to give a drink for free, This gesture is simple commendable from BK. I am forever grateful for...

I was there in saturday 24.09. and when I tried to pay with a card, it took my money but it says on the machine that it isn't. It took 9.870 HUF. One of employee told me that I will get money back by the end of the that day. I came back on sunday, because I didn't get money. Then they told that bank isn't working on weekends and I will get money on Monday or Tuesday. Now it's Wednesday and I still didn't get my money back.

Is there an email address where I can contact this specific Burger King to ask for my money back? There is only phone number, but I live in Serbia and that would cost a lot...

In short, it was really nice to eat here, they cheered us up when we were in a bad mood, and we ate delicious food quickly. In long: When we was in there a brown-haired gentleman served and a black haired lady. The order talking, was attentive, quick, and respectful, wich suprised me, beceause not that is the normal in other fast food restaurants. There was lot of people so, we need wait a bit long time (7 minutes), but the waiter invited me for a drink, which we didn't want to accept, but he said with enough humor that this is the minimum, let's come back another time even though he won't...
