Allora da dove iniziare... Avvisiamo qualche giorno prima di partire se potevamo effettuare il check in la mattina in modo che dall aereoporto andavamo subito a casa, cambiarci e poi essere libere. Ci viene detto di sì, il giorno prima dell'arrivo contattiamo la struttura per accordarci sull'orario di arrivo intorno alle 9 ci viene detto che non c'è nessun problema e che dovevamo pagare 25 euro per il check in antipato. Arriviamo in struttura non c'era nessuno, chiamiamo. La signora ci risponde al telefono dalla voce si evince che stava dormendo, ci dice di aspettare che sta arrivando. Dopo un ora e 15 viene un signore sotto al portone dicendoci che dovevamo venire alle 15.00 e non era possibile farlo la mattina. Dopo varie chiamate, e aver parlato nuovamente con la ragazza con cui ci eravamo messe d'accordo, non ci danno la casa, ma ci fanno lasciare i bagagli al costo di 15 euro!!! Anche se ci hanno fatto perdere due ore di tempo e passa.. Costrette ad accettare per forza perché avevamo solo 2 notti a disposizione lasciamo e torniamo il pomeriggio di nuovo in dietro per questo maledetto ceck in... Casa sporca a dir poco, polvere ovunque, ma non poca polvere, metto foto in allegato di che condizioni era l appartamento e il salotto, per terra sporco, frigo indecente tutto sporco e appiccicoso, per terra pieno di macchie e grasso. Le coperte molto probabilmente non erano cambiate, le scale che scendevano ragnatele e tocchi di polvere, All ingresso evidentemente c'è una fogna perché c'è perennemente una puzza di pipi... Sono stati due giorni da incubo, non avevamo il tempo materiale per cercare altro stando solo 2 giorni. Abbiamo fatto vedere le foto alla ragazza ha detto che fanno solo piccole pulizie.. Poi per non finire, ci siamo concordate per lasciare i bagagli al ceckut e prenderli il pomeriggio prima di andare all aereoporto,ci dice ok sono 10 euro. Il pomeriggio la solita Emily perché così si chiama pretende 15 euro, ora non sono per i 5 euro, ma dopo tutto quello successo a priori non avremmo dovuto pagare, gli abbiamo spiegato, lei ci minaccia che non ci fa uscire se non gli dica i 5 euro, chiamiamo la sua collega magrolina con i capelli rossi che ci aveva comunicato il prezzo dei 10 euro, gli dice che non era vero, che la mattina era solo una ragazza!! Cosa assolutamente non vera, gli è stato detto di guardare la telecamera che era presente lì.. Ora è stato tutto veramente allucinante 2 giorni da incubo!!!! Non potevamo rimanere che dovevamo partire perché sarebbe veramente stato il caso da rimanere lì e far venire la polizia, tutto ciò anche senza ricevute. Che prima di andare abbiamo obbligato a farla.. L'unica nota positiva è la posizione centrale!!!!

The apartment that we rented is extremely dirty. Everything is in poor condition. Huge cockroaches show up every night in the bathroom and the kitchen/living room. You’ve been told that the check-in is until 20:00 although you can choose another options in Booking. When we arrived we didn’t have check-in instructions and the owner was with turned off telephone. We had to call her more than 20 minutes to answer and explain which apartment we’ve booked. They don’t receive card/bank payments but a man is knocking on your door like you are criminals. Don’t book this place just for the good location.

Absolutely Disgusting!! If I could give this sham of a hotel less than 1 I would, its filthy! Heating on FULL (broken apparently) Broken doors that you can’t lock, in a seedy side street surrounded by broken windows, terrifying, called the number we were given and she said she cannot move us as she has nothing else! We couldn’t sleep there, immediately booked another hotel, requested even part of our money back and she refused! You have to pay cash at this hotel... THIS IS WHY!! I doubt anyone stays long! Heartbreaking 1st day in Budapest..

We stayed in apartment for 2 nights. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Checked in at 2PM. We were asked to pay in cash and the lady said, that she would leave the change (9000HUF)at the door.... waiting till now ....never happened. The other day I was trying to call her number, but there was no response and no answer for email :( |There was mould in the bathroom (pictures included)...mould and dirty spots in shower. |There was water under the toilet everytime we used it...pretty disgusting. And...the smell.. Old, mouldy, dirty smell, everywhere.|At 11PM we realized that towels are useless because of terrible smell ...again :( everything was like bad dream. |Big brown spots on matrasses as bonus.(picture included)|We had to cover the window because there was impossible to cover them with broken window shades and we could see right to the other guests' room :( |TV was not working at all...oh lets be clear..it worked for 2 seconds, then shut down automaticly.|"Nice" suprised we got when we needed to move the table...there was everything that previous like 100 guests had for snacks... thank you for samples:( (picture included)|Oh..whatever... let's make some meal to cheer us up... Opened the microwave..oh here it is spaghetti something from last week or.... month?:( :( |We left today.... Scam!!! check in was at 15:00 but we were waiting almost hour for someone to give us keys and show us our apartment. Girl told us that our room has some problem so she needs to give us diff. one. it was in another building in ugly street and view from window was just to another ugly old building. She opened our room and told us to pay, than to show our reservation on phone and ask to cancel, if not we need to pay extra 50€. later we realised she dont wants us to write review on booking.com so thats why. Than she leaved us. We started to explore the room but it was tiny and ruined! in the kitchen was just mugs, plates, two glasses and old destroyed mini pan. So you have kitchen but cant cook! you cant make even coffee! or tea. The shower had mold! and it was clogged! water was cold all 4 days of our stay. bed was upstairs but the railing was not attached to the wall, it was broken in multiple places so we almost fall off!!! dangerous af!!! ...the bed was disgusting!! it was not even bed, it was just matrace on the floor with cover and pillow plus blanket! and not separate! dirty with stains! carpet was full of dust dirty as hell, whole apartment was one big mess! they dont clean at all! they just change trash and give u extra toilet paper but they dont clean after u check out for new guests at all . This was the worst experience i've ever had!! Scam scam scam!!!! this room was not worthy not even half...
