During my visit to Budapest's Westend Mall, I had the opportunity to savor Pakistani cuisine at Haldi's, and while the experience was pleasant overall, there were some mixed feelings about the dishes.

Starting with the Butter Chicken, the rice served alongside was decent, but the Butter Chicken itself was a bit too sweet for my liking. However, the Chicken Curry, though advertised as spicy, lacked the expected heat. Despite this, the flavors were enjoyable, and I appreciated the dish.

Overall, while I enjoyed the experience at Haldi's, there were minor drawbacks with the sweetness of the Butter Chicken and the lack of spiciness in the Chicken Curry. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was satisfactory.

Delicious food. Freshly prepared. Big portions. Affordable. Friendly staff. You can mix two meat options in one dish or two different vegetarian food in one plate (half & half) if not sure which one to pick or just want to try both.

Some of the meat dishes are slightly hot, so if you don't like it, ask for the ones that aren't. Meal options include drink & bread which is awesome!

Anything you buy here is mouthwatering. You can dine in or ask for takeaway. Best taste and bigger portions compared to other also good Indian...

I ate here twice on my visit to Budapest. Overall I found the food to be good. I had no complaints about it. However, I felt the service was not so great. The guy working the front had this “I don’t care” attitude. He didn’t really explain the menu to me and answered my simple question as if I was putting a burden on his shoulder. The drinks in the fridge was warm and when I asked him for a cup of ice, he told me they didn’t have it (which I believe was a lie).
