New update: very disappointed. I specifically plan my time and went to this place and wanted their ox bone soup, because it used to be very good. This time, the kimchi tasted bad, not fresh, the rice tasted not good, felt like not freshly cooked rice, and the soup they gave me after askin for adding the soup was watery, and the consistency of the soup was very diluted. It tasted like adding water to the small amount of soup and boiled it. Not going there again and not recommended anymore. Sorry.
For me, the best dish here is the ox bone soup. I come here only for this. I tried the other dishes, kimchi pancake, kimchi udon, fried chicken. It's just not for me. I think their sweet and spicy sauced fried chicken was good, but in the past 1 year, the taste, and the texture is not good anymore. It is really difficult to chew, too fried and neither juicy nor soft at all. Too much sauce. The price is getting increased by 500 -1000 forint every year. So, it feels really expensive to dine in here now. The service staffs are really...
Read moreWe were small group of 6 looking for a Korean BBQ .this one came in 3rd position. At 7:30 pm 2 tables occupied by korean guys were generating so much noise that we could hardly hear ourselves🤬. Such a contrast with our neighbors table...sweet refined korean ladies. How can they live with such rude guys?😁. When it came to order our food , several picks were not available anymore😳. We had to retreat on what was still served. Finger meat was not such an enjoyable delicacy. Rather hard stuff. And not generous portions of side vegetables. We tried seafood pancake. Much better one is in Paris in my district. Soya and kimchi plate was ok. Sweetsour fried chicken was not bad...like candy. All rather expensive. Nice waitresses trying to cope with overwhlmed service. Awful fry smell in the air...you keep it on your clothes. A/C was hardly giving cool feeling. Not a place i...
Read moreAs enthusiast orientalist, I am a big fan of Korean kitchen, and this restaurant is an authentic one, with a great chef. The food is extraordinarily good. It is definetly not street food, it is high end food, with prices adjusted to it. I would call the attention of the personnel on two things. Korean metal chopsticks in the restaurant are just too thin for a big or medium handed man like me. I just could not eat with them. (But they brought me bigger chinese wooden chopsticks immediately!! Which means its a good restaurant). Please, have a variety of elegant and big chopsticks. The other thing I missed is the steamed hot towels when I sit down. But these two are so minimal things, that I can only recommend this restaurant for the lovers of...
