SCAM WARNING! Food was okay except the wiener schnitzel which was terrible. When we were going to pay they crossed over the total sum carefully so we saw nothing, and said the service charge wasn't included by the computer (it was wrong) and the total was 19 800. I calculated the sum to be 16 470, which meant they added 3 330. Nowhere in the menu it said anything about a 17% (!!!!) service charge (usually not above 10%). Another waitress came over and said they did not have service charge and the total was 16 470. BEWARE! Double check your total!! A pity since I actually liked...

Quality varies, service is extremely slow all the time

I've been here twice. The first time the latte I had was so-so (luke warm), but the second time it was absolutely beautiful so I guess it was just an honest mistake, no big deal. Prices are reasonable (750Fr for a latte, and you get a little biscuit with it, too), and the atmosphere is lively but not noisy.
