Starbucks Gozsdu — Restaurant in Budapest

Probably some junio manager acting all important - we came with a baby and left a stroller by our table near the stairs (but you could easily pass through) and he came and said we cant leave it there. Ok, we move it. Than we wanted to change his diaper and there is no changing table in any of the toilets. We than changed him on the pad on the chair, not touching the chair in any way..he came again and said we cant do that here, we should do it in the toilet. We could do that on the toilet floor in his opinion obviously. His attitude was very rude, you can see it's a youn boyish man acting all mighty and important. Don't mind that the chair is all dirty from whoever sat there before.. Starbucks, please employ people who have some empathy and please make sure to have a changing table for babies. And don't employ managers who shake their head at you when you are just trying to enjoy your coffee...

VERY VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We've been in Starbucks Gozsdu at 9:30 21.03.2022. NO ONE FROM THE EMPLOYEES WAS FRIENDLY TO US! We are visitors from Germany, want to have a good time here in Budapest. They dont ask us if we want somenthing! We stood in front of the eating things. Another costumer came in. She was directly served because she stood in directly front of the employee. I ask why we have to wait, we've been there before the other costumer. The employee said that we have to stand in front of HER to order. So we ordered NOTHING and never come back to this Starbucks Shop. I like Starbucks very much but this was so unfriedly!!!!! I am realy MAD.

Food-wise, just like any other Starbucks, it’s great - the cinnamon role is my fav. The place however, is absolutely gorgeous inside, with two floors - I never been to a starbucks which had two floors!

Regarding drinks, I never had issues with the drinks before. But on my last visit, it was a different story. They were making so many drinks that mine never came. I told the staff, but still didn’t get it. After waiting too long, I got frustrated and left — even though I had already paid.

The baristas seemed more focused on chatting than actually handling the orders. And it wasn’t just me; a few other people also didn’t get their drinks. Pretty disappointing. So could not...
