The food, as always, was exceptional but this time, the cocktails truly stole the show. I was absolutely mind blown by the creativity and balance in each drink. Two standouts that I can't stop thinking about

Lacquered Pearl A bold and brilliant cocktail with a hint of wasabi that adds just the right kick. It's daring, yet beautifully smooth a true masterpiece.

Moon Stone Elixir. Made with clarified bitter gourd, yet miraculously free of any bitterness. it's refreshing, clean, and unlike anything I've ever tasted

The mixology team deserves a special shoutout for pushing boundaries and delivering such innovative liquid artistry, Paired with YAN YAN's signature dishes from the radish cake to the black cod the entire experience was elevated to a whole new level
