The lady staff who attended at the reception has completely misguided and misled me when I asked her what was the cheapest nv pizza available in regular size.

First I asked her about pizza mania, which she said that the prices mentioned were 'added prices' if taken with something which was actually wrong.

Then when she said the cheapest pizza was Chicken Sausage, it billed to 361.20. As I was not aware of the prices then, I paid the amount(Later I discovered the base Cost was 215 & she might have added extra stuffing which I did not ask for). She even took my phone and scanned the qr for payment and did not let me show if she added any extra stuffings.

Afer I paid, I noticed there was an offer of lunch at 99, and when I asked her about that she said it included a pizza, a coke which could have come under 200. I asked her she should have mentioned it when I looked for the cheapest meal. She ignored that.

When served, I noticed the pizza was fluffy, and soon discovered the pizza was loaded with mayonnaise with thin layer of cheese coating. The pizza tasted average.

I don't know if pizza is being served with so much of mayonnaise but it does not taste good.

The sitting area was small but okay just the roof was head-touching. Fewer people would cause no trouble but if crowded it could be suffocating.

This outlet is such a mess. We visited here today, and found a very bad service. We ordered a double cheese margarita pizza in cheese bust with chicken kima topping(we want sausages which is out of stock, we are shoked because in Esplanade which is a renown place in Kolkata and just in the evening there are insufficiency of chicken topping, only chicken kima is available, what a service!!). When we do ordering our food, the service girl only ask my name, not phone number, when we get our bill, we found there is another phone number. And mainly this review I have given for the service girl named megha, she behave like, she is the owner of the outlet, and she just doing a pity with us, she behave like miss universe and all are just her servant. We give 806 rupees for our pizza and I think this is not the proper amount for the pizza, she don't give us proper bill with description. We sharing our review because before we visited many outlets of Domino's and they all are polite and well behaved, especially liluah howrah outlet. But this one is so much poor service outlet.
