Me and my girlfriend are regular customers for a couple of weeks now. We didn’t have there meal once, which is less than PERFECT! And we visited many times. If you’re in Ubud and love burgers, don’t go anywhere else. This is the place you desperately want to visit! Very tasteful meals for very reasonable prices, the stuff is extremely kind and always smiling.

Edit: We just ordered food from there via Gojek and the meal was the same perfect quality like at the place. And the packaging is very nice looking, more importantly functional, the burgers inside were still hot and perfectly looking.

Tasty beef burgers! Love the Crinkle fries. Our chicken burger was not fresh and over cooked. But we did order chicken schnitzel which was good. I also found the second time we ordered the fries were different and a very small portions compared to the first time. This place is small and tucked away down an alley off the main Palace road. We ordered twice and enjoyed both times ( except the chicken burger) I would of loved to have seen a refund / replacement with a fresh burger or discount for the next time we order but no compensation was given expect an apology.
