Titik Temu Coffee - Ubud Palace — Restaurant in Bali

Came here about a week ago and I have to say, it’s been such a wonderful and memorable place that we still keep talking about it!! We had gotten Bali belly a few days prior and were very food shy, until we came here for brunch.. Everything looked so good, our appetites came right back and we ordered big!! The serving sizes were way bigger than we thought they would be, which is a pretty good thing because the food was so delicious!! I got a stradffogato (strawberry adffogato) and chicken porridge, and my boyfriend got a matcha latte and the chicken sandwich. We shared chicken wings and parm fries, which are some of the best chicken wings and fries I’ve ever had!! The chicken was so crunchy and seasoned perfectly, and still were very juicy in the middle! We stayed on the ground floor. And this is my honest feedback: • HOT. Aircon is just one so it's a bit hot if there are more than 10 pax. Aircon is too small to accommodate more than 10 people. Considering that the staff is already more than 5 pax.

• VENTILATION. There is no proper ventilation or exhaust so whenever they are cooking (kitchen is open), the smell of the food is just going around the ground floor room.

• LOUD. Too noisy when cooking.

• INTERNET. WIFI is great.

• CUSTOMER SERVICE. Service is good but I would suggest that the wait staff should initiate and go around tables to ask the guests if they like to order after an hour of sitting to make more sales and it's also good for us to be called if we like to order more.

• FOOD. A portion of the food is so-so, could have been a bit more fruits, I ordered a Frozen bowl btw and it tastes good. The beverages were fine. The food service time is not long which is great. You do not need to wait long for...

The place is nice and promises a good experience when you look at it from the outside! The problems start inside. They don't take cash, only card (????) I found it funny how the waitress doesn't pretend to be friendly, she smiles at the customers and before she even leaves, completely closes her face and walks around the place very relaxed. All the staff seem very young and friendly with each other, which is great but it keeps them entertained in their own world taking photos, looking at their mobile phones and standing with their backs to the tables. We saw customers getting up to ask if they could finally order because no one was coming to the table. The food itself didn't have positive points either, and was overpriced. The menu was greasy.
