Disgraceful and Unprofessional

We recently spent a considerable amount of money at your restaurant. However, our experience on Sunday, December 1st around 9:20 PM was utterly ruined by the appalling behavior of the two female staff members at the front entrance. When our young child urgently needed to use the restroom, these individuals not only denied our request but also involved security to remove us from the premises. Even the security personnel recognized the absurdity of the situation and urged your staff to allow the child to use the restroom. This level of incompetence and lack of empathy is truly shocking. We will be sure to share our experience with others and advise them to avoid your establishment.

Fortunately, a nearby restaurant was more ccommodating and allowed my child to use their restroom. It'sa shame that Simply Social / Lynked couldn't extend the same courtesy.

I appreciate your response, but I must reiterate that the situation was far from a simple misunderstanding. The two female staff members were rude, dismissive, heartless, and lacked empathy towards a child in urgent need of using the restroom. Their actions escalated to involving security to remove us from the premises, even though security personnel recognized the absurdity of the situation and urged your staff to accommodate the child.

While I understand that accommodating non-dining guests can be challenging, refusing a young child the use of a restroom, especially in an urgent situation, is simply heartless.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and re-evaluate your staff’s training, particularly in terms of customer service and empathy, especially...

We obviously visited on the wrong day (Thu) or at the wrong time (lunch), as our experience was quite average today, different to many of these reviews. We were seated promptly, out the front, which was great as we love watching the crazy Ubud world go by. Ordered quesadillas and chicken parmigiana and a gin cocktail (in name only, no gin to be seen) Drink was hard to concentrate on flavours, as there were so many differing tastes. Not a huge fan. Quesadillas were put in front of me at least 10-15mins before the other meal arrived. Its a pet hate when restaurants can't time preparing meals to serve them at the same time. We come out to eat together, not to watch one eat, then watch the other eat. I waited until my husband's meal arrived before I started eating, so my food was then cold (I know that was my choice) so tasted average. Parmigiana was chewy. Won't be in a hurry to return. Edit We thought we'd give this place another go, as the reviews couldn't be so far from what we had experienced. We went for breakfast this morning, had mango smoothie bowl (good, but nothing special), buttermilk pancakes (too much custard (!?) on top and throughout dish) only ate half a pancake after scraping it all off. Plain pancakes with a little maple syrup would have been more edible. Also had a date smoothie, which wasn't enjoyable at all. Service here also lacks something. We tried, we really did, but still feel this is an average meal...

The food was so delicious and everything about the interior made you just want stay there the whole day. ☀️

We ordered rice paper rolls, singaporean bbq chicken noodles and sesame pork noodles. The rolls were your average nothing too crazy, but definitely tasted fresh! Loved the presentation too! ✨

The noodle dishes were organised nicely, both came with 2 sambals and 1 side dish. The bbq chicken was succulent and so tasty with the noodles. The pork however, was a tad dry but still enjoyable with the sesame noodles. Tasted like gourmet mie goreng 😂 Nevertheless, loved it here and would come back if I'm in Bali again.

The detox drink was extremely refreshing and woke us up for sure! It was in a big jar and came with 2 empty glasses, 1 with and without ice. Juices here are so nice, definitely a must order since the weather was hot. 😎

Overall, really good feed for $24 aud w/out service fee and would definitely come back. Good portions, friendly staff and affordable price. I give it a big thumbs up! 👍
