I'd like to offer more detailed feedback based on our recent experience at here.

When we were checking the menu, a server approached us and informed us about a "happy hour" promotion on signature cocktails. Intrigued, we decided to go for it. However, when the bill arrived, we were surprised to learn that the promotion only applied to your special cocktails, which was not clearly communicated. We felt misled, and when we mentioned this, the server responded in an unexpectedly rude and aggressive manner, even pointing fingers at us and blaming us for not listening. This kind of response made us uncomfortable, and instead of resolving the issue, it escalated the situation.

We understand that miscommunication can happen, but what mattered more to us was how it was handled. A more helpful and polite approach would have been appreciated, especially when we were genuinely confused about the promotion.

Additionally, we attempted to order a starter to share, specifically the three-dip platter, but were told it was sold out. The staff recommended an alternative, which we then ordered. However, shortly after, we were informed that it, too, was unavailable. This added to our frustration, and we decided not have any snacks with our cocktails.

While we weren’t primarily concerned about the cost, the combination of miscommunication and the dismissive and aggressive response left a negative impression. I believe some improvements in customer communication and training could help create a more welcoming atmosphere for future guests.

Myself and my husband had a lovely meal here, the food was lovely, ans this review is based on comparing my food to others iv had in the area and around bali in the 3 weeks iv been here. ( We have tried alot of variety )

We had hanging kebabs ( medditerian spiced and bali spiced flavour ), sides of fries and rice, with an additional full chicken salad and the minced meat bread too.

I couldn't say a bad thing about the food aside from the chicken ( both portions mine and my husbands ) wasn't as tender as it could had been, but that is dependent on whether you have a preference and like chicken. The salad was healthy, fresh and yummy, and the chicken on the salad was lovely! The mince meat bread again was delightful and a must try! 😋 I would say that the food was pretty expensive though.

Service was okay, I didn't feel that they were as attentive as they could had been considering the tables were not full, they were polite though.

Atmosphere was a modern, relaxed atmosphere with nice decoration. It looked clean and I love the open hatched kitchen, the kitchen looked well equipped and clean also! Perhaps some additional fans would be nice as it was warm but that's minor.

Overall I would say the experience was delightful, but just a little few tweeks would make it...
