I waited all day for a delivery that never arrived. At 9am, I ordered 2 one-liter bottles of coconut water and 1 bottle of pineapple juice. The Gojek delivering the glass bottles had an accident, and one bottle arrived completely broken. The Gojek drove back to the shop and paid for another bottle with his own money, bringing it to me. However, the content of this replacement bottle was yellowish in color, with an acidic taste and smell. I contacted the shop, and they agreed to replace it, but could not send it directly. They requested that I place another order so they could include the replacement bottle. I reluctantly ordered a small bottle of coconut water, unnecessary for me, just to receive the replacement 1-liter bottle. When the Gojek arrived, they only brought the small bottle I ordered, missing the replacement bottle. I handed over the "bad" 1-liter bottle to the Gojek as instructed, and waited. By 4.30pm, after repeated inquiries and waiting with no explanation, they informed me that I would not receive a replacement. I wasted a day and feel deceived by the unnecessary request to reorder, seemingly just to extract more money from me. This should be cold pressed juice. You can see in the picture. The elixir (beetroot) was the same—stale. I used to order because it was always fresh and high-quality. Today’s order was very, very disappointing. It would be better to cancel an order than to send low-quality products and risk losing customers.

However, sadly, they gave us not freshly made smoothies, but THOSE, that they had kept in the fridge for days and the taste was almost fermented. As a fruitlover you can taste if something is fresh or not.. When we asked, we wanted a smoothie with just one fruit and to be fresh, they told us it has to be preordered days in advance.. I really thought it was a one time issue, but the same happened the second time, we wanted to eat in place, and we got two not freshly made smoothies, but those from bottles.
