海底捞火锅 Haidilao Hot Pot @Grand Indonesia — Restaurant in Jakarta

Visited on a Friday, we arrived around 19:30 and had to wait for our table (2 pax) for 30-40 minutes. Our waiting time wasn't too bad, especially because we got to sit down on the waiting area and were provided with lemon infused water, snacks and ice cream. Sadly we couldn't queue for the manicure because they said there's still 18 people queueing and they'll be closing the manicure at 21:00, so the host told us it's less likely to add anymore names in the queue. But they gave us a manicure card to be redeemed at any haidilao location anytime.

This isn't my first time visiting a Haidilao resto, but it is my first time in GI. The service, as usual, is incredible. All employees were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The food was good also, but i feel like since i've tasted other hotpots, haidilao's isnt the best for me anymore.. we ordered 2 types of soup: Szechuan Mala (75k) 3 Combination (56k) 2 water hotpot with goji berry and red dates (free)

The food we ordered were: Beef US shortplate 1/2Portion (64rb) = thin and tender meat, recommended Beef Oyster Blade Australian 1/2Portion (86rb) = the meat was thin but a bit tough after cooked, it has less fat compared to US shortplate Fillet Basha Fish 1/2Portion (39k) = a type of catfish (patin lokal), great option if you like soft foods 8 seconds oiled beancurd 1/2Portion (15k) = it's pretty confusing since they have a lot of beancurd options, but this one is thin and straight and -as the name suggested- oily.. Beancurd stick 1/2Portion (36k) = basically the same thing but rolled, and i feel like the portion is bigger than the previous beancurd 1 pax refill sauce: includes rice, sauce, fruits, dessert (25k) = i didn't order one since i didn't feel like eating rice, but my friend ordered it

and we only drink water (free) to neutralize our pallete 👌

Overall a good experience but not the best taste for the price, but if you want a fun experience with family,...

I booked HaiDiLao in Grand Indonesia for my Sister birthday 🎉 🎁 🎂02 July 2025 (inform them what occasion when u book), once we reached the table, the first thing we see the table was decorated with birthday greetings and they greeted us with a plate of fruit.

We were hosted by Nadilatul but she preferred to be called Nadila, the way she works was very neat, fast, polite and friendly. During dinner Nadila kept giving my sister a gift for her birthday (not the content that matters but making my sister happy even though it's just snacks and a teddy bear) i think this is part of their marketing strategy but it's very impressive. We also ordered noodles which are famous for their attractions and the noodles was good. 👍

My little sister kept getting gifts! While we were eating, my little sister got a plate filled with tofu, radish and something shaped like a bag not sure what was that but my sister said “it’s good”

Then a group came and sang a birthday song for my sister when we were almost done with eating.

And there was another gift at the end of the dinner, namely a plate of dessert fruits with the words "I miss you at HaiDiLao" written on it.

I am impressed with their marketing methods and I really appreciate all the employees working there. They seem to be working with a happy heart, I hope their salary is commensurate with their work.

Overall im very very very satisfied and impressed, Thank you so much HaiDiLao!

Oh i will definitely go back to HaiDiLao Grand Indonesia to eat there and compensate my mistake which i forgot to tip Nadila, i will definitely give her double tip when i go...

We lost the number of times we visited HDL because we're regulars here haha in the past month we visited like 5-6 times, speaking of which I also visited HDL for dinner tonight. Of all the countless visits, HDL never disappoints us. FOOD: soup is always clean and tastes healthy. sides are always amazing and fresh. our faves are: sup ayam herbal & sup perut babi dan ayam, samcan babi bali, bakso babi jagung, romaine salad, kerang, pasta udang. SERVICE: no other words needed other than perfection for the service. there are a LOT of staffs and not a single one is idle. they're very helpful, friendly, attentive, fast responsive; just everything above your average restaurant service standard. they're always helping out so you don't need to lift a finger, works fast and agile, and always with a smile and tries to connect with you with each conversation. BEST SERVICE: we always receive the best, but today one of the female staffs gave us this teddy bear from HDL because she noticed us coming in regularly. it's adorable how each staff tries to connect with us; they recognize us, talked to us about hobbies and kpop songs, etc. thank you.. we feel like we're being taken care of. very. ATMOSPHERE: the first times we were shocked because of how noisy it is inside, because the place is mostly always full and there are celebrations everywhere. but we get used to it over time and doesn't mind it anymore. if anything, the more people there are, the merrier!
