Samalona Signature — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

Samalona Signature is an amazing restaurant located inside of Bali collection, Nusa Dua, which is also an amazing area with positive energy. During the night me and my family of 6 people, visited the Samalona restaurant and had a splendid time! The service was so gentle and kind, starting from when we were ordering our food, drinks and throughout the night. When the first round of cocktails and mock tails came out the waiter apologised for the wait for our food, but it had only been 10 minutes after we ordered and after we had gotten our delicious food, a young, beautiful waitress named Lila, who had the sweetest heart, came and gave out 2 cocktails for the second round. She accidentally spilt 1 cocktail all over my Aunty causing her to cry because she felt so bad for what she had done. The food there gave a homie feeling so the food was comforting, delicious and warming! I ordered the bbq pork ribs and the meat was just falling off the bone. The bbq pork ribs came with a side of fries and salad, which was the perfect portion for anyone and everyone. The marinate was spicy, tangy but sweet, the chips were crunchy, well seasoned and the salad was perfectly balanced. The way me and my family first found this place was when we were exploring Bali Collection, then finally walked towards the South Gate passing the restaurant, then as the rain started to appear, the owner asked if we wanted an umbrella, then a conversation started about how it was the grand opening for this restaurant. The owner, whose name is Madé, was the most caring, passionate person you could ever meet! He would go up to everyone’s table and talk to them, asking how their food was and thanking them for coming to his restaurant, that also kept the atmosphere positive! The restaurant was filled with happy families and happy couples always making the place open, welcoming as well as homie. My family and I left the restaurant feeling happily full and left giving Lila, Madé, and the staff an enjoyable tip to thank them with the support in the service. The thoughtful touches - like being offered a basket for my belongings - show attention to detail that sets this place apart.

I tried the beef and pepperoni pizza which was absolutely divine! The staff were exceptionally gracious and attentive, creating an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant features a lovely outdoor garden area and seems set up for evening entertainment.

As a newer establishment in the Bali Collection area, this restaurant deserves recognition for bringing a touch of luxury to casual dining.
