This is absolutely ridiculous! Today I went to this restaurant and was initially impressed by its decor and the staff's friendly attitude—it seemed pretty decent. They confirmed my order: shared appetizers and a rack of lamb. When the appetizers arrived, I noticed each plate had three beef meatballs, which was a pleasant surprise since the portions were quite generous. The beef balls had a texture similar to those sold at Lidl, but without the gelatinous quality, and they lacked the usual chewiness and bounce. After finishing the appetizer, I waited for the grilled lamb chops, only for the server to rush us to pay and ask if we wanted anything else to drink. When I inquired about the lamb chops, the server was genuinely surprised and claimed they hadn't taken my order for lamb at all. I retorted, “I didn't order lamb chops?” and immediately requested an additional order. After a wait, they claimed the last portion of lamb chops was sold out and offered an alternative instead. I was furious! We had clearly ordered appetizers plus lamb chops when placing the reservation, yet they only served two appetizers. This logic was utterly unacceptable. Is it reasonable for two people dining to order only appetizers and no main course? The food itself was passable, but those two beef meatballs were shockingly priced at 20 euros. What infuriated me most was the insincere “apology” from the front desk as we left—utterly repulsive! This dining experience left me utterly disappointed, feeling like I'd...

We were in that restaurant on saturday late lunch, we were the only people when we came in, we were greeted by the owner. Place look quite tidy, maybe a little dark, Greek music in the background that makes a good atmosphere as well. For the start I had calamari, which were very nice, not chewy or rubbery , so was delichted with that, my wife had feta pie (pastry), which was filled generously with feta, no complaints there. For main courses I had Kleftiko, which was very tasty, maybe for me it could have been more salty, but meat was just falling apart as it should, my wife had beef moussaka, it did taste like real Greek moussaka, as we were in Greece a good fe times, could not fault them at all. Last part were desserts, I had cream and milk pie, I enjoyed it, but probably If we go next time I would choose something that my wife had. She had baklava, not the cheap baklava that you can buy in the shop. This was a proper thing, not too sweet and filled with loads of nuts. Portions for lunch were ok, for dinner they would be too small, but we were told by the owner, that dinner portions are bigger. Overall, great experience, we will go back again, thats for sure. Prices are very good, it is just round the corner from temple bar, so If you are in the area I would recommend to everybody that love...

This was my second visit to Corfu, and we managed to nab a table for 2 very last minute, so I was very excited to go back again.

The first time I went was pre covid and we loved it! The staff and casual Greek vibe was very authentic and the food was also delish.

This time however, it was only okay. I really wanted to enjoy it as much as the first time!

The service is still great which is a big plus, the girls are so friendly and efficient!

We had a mixed meze, with extra tzatziki and hummus and we are obsessed, but the hummus was just a little too soft, almost wet and not much flavour.

I ordered the lamb kleftiko, and although the lamb was so tender, the veg it was cooked with wasnt that flavourful. I really didn't want to have to write anything negative but if anything I hope they see this and adjust seasoning and we're onto a winner!

My boyfriend had the lamb souvlaki and he really enjoyed the flavour of the meat and the dish as a whole.

I got a glass of sauvignon and it was delish, a perfect pairing with the meal though.

All in all, an okay meal, I wish it was better, okay value for money.

Try here, I hope they were just having a little blip, as the vibes...

It was Monday and rainy evening. The sight of two olive trees and a perky canopy blowing in the wind tunnel that was Parliament Street, running up from the River Liffey to Dublin Castle, on a rainy evening proved very attractive as we dashed in search of sustenance. The room is long and narrow with white walls ‘broken’ and ‘ancient’ feature rustic brick insets, simple wooden tables, ladderback chairs, red paper napkins and a couple of blackboards, and of course Greek music to lift the spirits. The only one waitress was working that day and poor girl was very busy but professional. We ordered green salad and corfu salad. Firstly gel lettuce were finished and we advised to change it for rocket salads. Second, greek salad was served with cherry tomatoes… it’s not an option for Greek salad, I am sorry. Hummus was delicious same as wine too. I was missing nice interior and more staff, as we used to dine here before. The girl who was warmly serving us was very friendly and charming, but if she would be dressed with Greek traditional costume that would be key of success.

I went with my boyfriend on a Wednesday afternoon, the restaurant was still empty by them. We were kindly attended and it was explained to us the waiting time for the food to be ready, which for me is a plus. I had moussaka for the first time. I found it a little weird that the taste is kind of sweet (anise maybe?) but it's interesting if you like trying new flavors. My boyfriend had the souvlaki, which is a safe choice. It was really well seasoned, and the chips with tzatziki were quite refreshing. It is a light sauce that helps to reduce the fat feeling of the fries in your mouth. It was overall an interesting experience but paying more than €20 for a lasagnais a littletoo much. I also didn't like the dessert options, my walnut cake was way too sweet. But I would be willing to go back and try other dishes.
