Manager and staff were absolutely the RUDEST people I’ve ever experienced in my life in all my travels. First day here off the plane from traveling the UK. I was excited to visit Dublin and feel that my entire experience is ruined by these people. My card declined due to fraudulent alert from my bank. I couldn’t get through on call with the bank and didn’t get any alert on my phone so I didn’t understand what was happening at the time until I got an email just now from my bank asking about the charges. The bartender was rude from the start and didn’t even seem like she wanted to serve me. When it declined her attitude got worse and she started acting like I was trying to get out of paying. She was asking for me to bring the drinks back. I addressed it and told her she’s been rude and she seemed to lighten up. However, her manager, some Asian dude because I don’t know his name, came over a couple of times to insist that I hurry up and pay because they have work to do. The next time he came over he started telling people loudly that I bought drinks I couldn’t pay for. I have NEVER been so embarrassed and insulted in my life. I came from the United States on vacation not to get things for free and be treated like trash. My friend finally paid for the drinks. I work hard everyday for every penny I have I don’t need to steal a weak drink. I didn’t even drink the drink I told him where to put that drink! It’ll have to be a cold day in hell before I drink that drink or go there again! Treat people better!!!!! I hope this is not standard behavior...
Read moreSince today, this bar has been my favourite. But it's not after today, because after ordering a jar of beer, there are dirty things on the foam, dust and some cloth fibres, so I required to be replaced with a new one. The waitress clearly explained that they would not replace but would handle it. I understood that they would not replace the whole jar in order not to waste it, so we accepted her rhetoric. During the first replacement, the same waitress said that there were still impurities after the replacement in our table. The same waitress for the second replacement also agreed that there were still dirty things until the third time. However, in order to avoid trouble for the waiter and waitress, we chose to ask for a spoon to remove the dirty things. Turning around, I found that the same waiter complained to a customer about us and mentioned that she didn't see anything in the beer. After chatting for a long time, they kept pointing our table, and she also used eyes to direct and show which guest was the guest who asked the question to the customer. It's very uncomfortable! And disappointed! Not our fault but we need to have this kind of experience! Really make us feel be discriminated against!
After that, when she came to our table service, she didn't ask whether we had finished drinking or still needed our cup, just took it away directly.
As my experience, before feedback anything kindly take a picture to...
