"I want to share my disappointment and frustration about the experience I had at Starbucks recently. I decided to visit their establishment with my friends and our small dog after previously inquiring if we were allowed to bring him inside. One of the employees at the counter assured us that it wouldn't be a problem.
With that information, we entered the premises and placed our orders. We were enjoying our products when suddenly, a security guard approached our table abruptly and informed us that dogs were not allowed in the establishment. We were surprised and confused, as we had been given permission to bring our dog inside.
The most disappointing part of this situation was that we had already spent money and consumed our purchases at Starbucks before being asked to leave. As loyal customers, we expected fair and respectful treatment.
We have always been loyal to Starbucks and enjoyed their products, but this experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths. It makes us question whether we will continue to frequent their establishments in the future.
We understand that every company has its policies and regulations, but it is essential for there to be consistency in the information provided to customers. We hope that Starbucks will review and clarify their pet policy, as well as train their employees to avoid future uncomfortable situations like the one we experienced.
As Starbucks lovers, we feel deeply disappointed by this negative experience. We hope that steps will be taken to ensure that all customers receive fair and consistent treatment, regardless of whether they have pets or not. We will take this experience into account when considering our future...

Even though I didn't drink coffee myself, my friends would drink it from time to time and today I walked in and it hadn't even been two minutes since a rude man came up to me and said something like "you won't drink anything, go away" in an otherwise empty cafe and he did this in front of people. In fact, a very cute Indian family was sitting next to me and they said that this way of talking was rude and impolite!!! as a result I went to the waiter and asked him if he knew that I was a regular customer and he said he knew who I was and the person who was rude to me said that he was a security guard and that even though I was a regular customer I wasn't drinking anything right now and he laughed evilly and continued to irritate me and kept interrupting me while I was talking to the barista and humiliating people in front of people. As a result I got angry and had to talk to the barista about the issue with the customers waiting in line. This was very humiliating and annoying. I will send an e-mail to this person, I don't know his name but the incident happened on March 28th around 8 pm. This person was a security guard there..!! and he came to me without getting any information from the manager or the barista and treated me so rudely. An Italian lady before me who doesnât speak English ordered 3 cups of espresso then the cashier didnât understand what she ordered. She gestured as 3 with fingers and said espresso, he didnât get it and asked her if she wants 3shots in a cup of espresso. She pointed at her company(2ppl) standing over the counter and yet he asked same question again and again. It took 5-10minutes. Then when she left to pick up her coffee, he laughed at her with his colleague.
Possibly itâs in touristic area, he experienced same thing every day. But it doesnât mean that he could be mean.
It wasnât happened to me, maybe one day to me. Sadly, it doesnât stop me going there as I have to be there once in a week.
I give 3 star at Service, because normally the other staff are professional. Heâs probably a new staff. Also, I order same thing whenever I visit Starbucks(various branches), price varies.
