Yeeros Wexford Street — Restaurant in Dublin

Shocking service. Too much chitter chatter in the kitchen area and no focus on the job. Seems like employee family like to hang out for fun in the seating area without spending money. This is not how George Stamopoulos likes his businesses to be ran and I'm sure he would be ashamed to read the following review

Ordered food on their website, received a notification to pickup at 18:40. I arrived at 18:40 and spoke to the gentleman on the cashdesk. He told me to wait a few more minutes.

I waited for 20 more minutes and asked the girl behind the counter if the order was nearly ready. She checked and it turned out my food was sitting on a shelf for 15 minutes but nobody bothered to ask why I was standing at the counter for so long waiting.

The gentleman (manager) behind the counter had enough time to come out and introduce his friends that were sitting at a table to his two brothers which were sitting at another table (without food) and using the space as a personal office

Got home, tried all of the starters. Absolutely awful. Cold, weird tastes and genuinely the worst food I've had in a long time. The pastry type stuff was soggy and the filling just tasted like mint Aero chocolate, it nearly made me throw up.

The only good thing was their childrens meal which comes well packaged and a lovely doughnut dessert. The little one was really happy with it to be fair

Used to love the restaurant, it was the favorite place of my GF and I to order fast food. Fast but quality and tasty. But unfortunately, it WAS. The menu recently changed and what a disgrace...

Option to add "menu" option to your dish. The option is +6.45€. We thought that it would bring us a drink, some fries or eventually a dessert ? It only added simple chips that are charged 5.45€ separately. A great menu !

No more option to choose different breads like cornbread or wholemeal bread.

The cheese sauce... Come on ! It used to be tasty, the new sauce taste so blend that you feel like it has been mixed with water !

Lost some options in the meat, we used to ordered mixed meats, it's gone.

If this had been our first order, it would have been the last and it may still be the last if some efforts aren't made to bring back the positive point that gave to Yeeros the fame it had. I understand that you want to cut on cost, but cutting the quality will also cut you from the revenue of the disappointed customers that used to love your restaurant and...

What happened? I dropped a 5🌟 review a year ago on here. Now I'm being generous giving 2 stars. Hadn't been back since summer, and how much the place has changed. Just walking in I wasn't greeted by the lovely Greek guys and ladies, instead I was met by a group of Indians now working there. I ordered a veggie wrap, as I always have before. The food was almost as greasy as the palms of the Indian handing me my change. The chips were soggy, unseasonedand the wrap was saturated in oil, the clean fresh flavours weren't there. After finishing it left a greasy coating on my tongue, for the first time. So dissapointed. It felt unhealthy. Used to be one of my favourite food places in Dublin with many a fond memory there. Would think twice about...
