RESPECT FOR DELİVERY IRELAND I am a deliveroo worker. Two days ago I went there for service at kevin street BOOJUM. A lot of my friends were there waiting for more than 20 minutes to get order there. So when I said that they should take care of us. the man who was probably the manager of that place threw me and the other deliveroo employees out in an extremely rude way. He spoke abusively to me in an extremely rude way, You said to us if you want to receive your order. I told him about the duration and he said he didn't care.I said that since I accepted the first order from the same customer, I had to take the second order.He spoke swearing at me again. I told him he needed to talk to the client, he said it's not my problem. He said if you want service from here, you will wait. Another friend of mine said we are waiting here for 20 minutes and you are not interested in us. If you don't expect him, he said to cancel the order and go.I said only one employee should take care of us. I said unfortunately we have customers waiting for orders and sending messages to us. My other friends also supported me. He then told the employees inside to call the Garda station. He knows everything, It is the age of Garda because he knows very well that we are students here. Because he knew that if Garda came, he would only arrest us. I just talked. But he spoke to me in a racist and rude way. He knows that students in Ireland do not have any rights. In Ireland, I left because GARDA was only going to arrest students. I told this to my client. Unfortunately, we students do not have any defense rights in this country. Twice now I’ve ordered from this boojum and they’ve tried to kill me. I’m allergic to rice and I even called them to tell them I’m allergic to rice and to not put it in my order. Well now on May 20th, 2021. Boojum put the wrong food into our bag with our order number on it and gave it to the unsuspecting driver. The driver delivers our food just fine but when we open it up it’s FULL of rice and ICE COLD. We tried to call them but they wouldn’t pick up or they’d hang up on us. After 10 minutes of calling they picked up and Aoife told us that it wasn’t their fault and it was all Deliveroo even tho she put the food in the wrong bags and admitted to making it wrong. They said we’d have to call deliveroo to have them fix the problem that Boojum made. Like this store doesn’t care about your allergies. I will never understand how you can have such little care for someone else’s life that you put rice in the food when some one has explicitly told you not to and the let deliveroo sort out your mess. If you have respect for deliveroo drivers don’t order from here again.

I paid €14 to get this vegan burrito bowl delivered and this is what came. Bowl wasn't even one third full. I rang boojum but they refused to talk to me they told me to ring justeat, I told them that its not an issue with the pay or delivery or anything it was the food so justeat would ring them anyway so could I not just talk to someone myself and they said no I rang justeat and was number 10 in the que and waited 40 minutes before betting through and they rang boojum who then just point blank said no replacement, no refund, no explanation just nothing. Honestly was so upset with this order I felt like it was an insult or something I just couldn't understand why they would send this.. me and my boyfriend messaged them multiple times and instagram and Facebooked them and put up photos and tags and they just kept ignoring us . I'll never be ordering from them again and at least 5 of my friends have also decided never to order...
