Savory — Restaurant in Cagliari

The restaurant is very elegant, the service a little slow, we had to wait at least 30 minutes before the only waiter came to take the order.

We had a pleasant dinner overall. My pasta dish stood out — it was not only very tasty but also quite unique in flavor and presentation, which I really appreciated. My wife’s pasta, while good, felt more conventional and didn’t leave much of an impression. The starter we shared was excellent, well-prepared, and full of flavor — definitely a highlight of the meal. As for dessert, it was both creative and delicious, a perfect way to end the evening.

However, the service could use some improvement. While the staff was polite and helpful when they were available, there clearly weren’t enough servers to keep up with the number of tables. This led to longer-than-expected wait times between courses and a bit of a disjointed dining experience.

This Restaurant is located in the City Center of Cagliari in a side street. We arrived at 8:20 p.m. and at that time we have been the only guests. Fast we received the Menu and Wine list. We ordered " Gran Crudo Royale " containing of "6 small Oysters ( fresh but of less than average taste), 4 Gamberi Rossi, 4 Scampi and Tuna TARTARE accompanied by mixed fruit" charged with 60 €. All was fresh but it was a bad value for money! Of course you need to clean the bowels of the seafood. Some bread and Amuse Gueule was served. With a bottle of water and two coke we have paid 75 €. The Service was average. The female Manager from the entrance was unable to order a Taxi at 9:30 p.m. But we have found a Taxi by our own 10...

Food ok but terrible service. I had great expectations given the good reviews on TripAdvisor… I found many girls working there, without coordination. I was left at the table without menu.. when I asked for a menu one of the girls answered in a very unpolite way saying that there were other clients before me… I stayed just because it was late.
