Beyond the employees here being complete racists, the food tasted like it was microwaved. I’ve had better microwave pizza in America.

We were treated completely differently, and at first we thought it was just poor service. When 5 white women sat down next to us, they got fantastic service. Do not go here. Shame on Karma.

1. Exactly, I've had better electric oven and microwaved pizza in America. You can make pizza taste good cooked that way, but this pizza still did not taste good at all. The INGREDIENTS themselves are poor quality.
2. we visited this restaurant a couple months ago, on a SATURDAY but I couldn't remember the name until recently. It was one of the worst and most humiliating experiences of our lives, so that's why the moment stuck with us SO much that we still remember it clearly.
3. My mother's wrap was given to us COMPLETELY destroyed and not put together. When we were first approached and asked if we were enjoying the service, we didn't want to be rude so we didn't answer truthfully. We thought "maybe this restaurant is just like this, maybe their wraps are just poorly put together, and maybe the guy at the service counter (WHO MADE OUR FOOD) just doesn't respond to people". But we were proven wrong as soon as we saw how well the service the women who sat next to us got. Some of them ordered the same wrap as my mother and they all had beautifully put together wraps. there is absolutely no reason for there to be a difference, other than the color of our skin. This is unequal treatment. and then when we confronted you all, you all victimized yourselves, and tried to make us seem like we are crazy.

You all are Gaslighters, RACIST gaslighters. There aren't that many people of color that visit Italy, so I hope all the tourists and Italians that see this post, have the conscience to skip this restaurant. There are many MUCH better places to go nearby

I am leaving a 1 star review due to the disgusting behavior of the management. I strongly recommend they sort out their attitude, if they continue like this they’ll soon lose all custom.

What happened? My 21 month old daughter picked up a menu that was already falling apart. When she did so it tore in two. The waitress was kind and understanding about what happened. The management, however, reacted as if we had insulted his family, broken the windows, destroyed their interior and ruined their business.

If it was a 13 year old moody teenager who ripped it, I would understand. But a 21 month old. Come on! He expected us to have prepped our child prior to entering! Are you insane?!

Get some perspective. With all that is happening around the world, is this really your primary concern?! A torn menu! You lost best part of 30 euro for your ridiculousness!

Food was good, not "amazing" but tasty and I cleared my plate. Great selection of typical Italian dishes which is what we were hoping for. Service was fast and polite. The person serving us was quick and patient with us as we had no Italian. We chose this place for the dishes and the Google ratings. I wasn't disappointed with anything just trying to leave a review that reflects that it was nice place. Good food and Tasty. I had the tagliolini with spec and spinach (€9.50) which was delicious and we would have eaten one each if we had known. My husband had the speciale pizza (€9??). We also had a spritz (€7) but I feel this was a little sweet / flat but I drank it and enjoyed it. Nice place for a quick meal or drink.

Loo facilities were in another courtyard and not accessible for people with any mobility requirements as there were a number of steps and doorways etc. To get through.

Overall. Enjoyed my lunch here. Would not be sad to eat here again....
