Went today and could have my favorite ice cream (hazelnut and pistachio) at the place, newly opened begin of March as take away shop. Amazingly surprised how creamy it was, and how I could taste the ingredients while eating my gelato. Additional detail, cone was very good too: crispy and sweet, not a detail compared to other shops. Could ask some question on how ice cream is produced, and where ingredients coming from. Strongly recommend to ask and get the full story, witnessing the quality around products they use and how they can distribute world wide. Lastly… I was offered to taste the spreadable cream of pistachio and hazelnuts produced by the same firm. 🤩… left the shop with two vases to consume at home (see photo). Senza alcun dubbio, questa gelateria merita una valutazione di 5 stelle! L'atmosfera accogliente e il personale cordiale hanno reso la mia visita ancora più piacevole. Il personale era disponibile e pronto a consigliare le diverse varietà di gusti disponibili. La loro passione per il gelato era evidente in ogni singola scelta e preparazione. I tried the mojito sprinkled with flakes of mint, wow. The lime, sugar, and rum taste like fragrant dessert wine. I purchased the turquoise blue Coppa Piccola sprinkled with hints of coconut. Just pure Mm…It’s creamy, not overly sweet, and the coconut dissolves like snowflakes leaving you salivating and wanting more.
