I have never in my life encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior from café staff. I entered this establishment intending to use the restroom first and then make a purchase – something entirely reasonable and what any decent customer would do. However, the moment I approached the restroom, a staff member rushed towards me with an aggressive and dismissive attitude, stating that the restroom was “only for customers.”
I calmly explained that I planned to use the restroom first and then purchase something, as I genuinely intended to support the business. Instead of showing the slightest bit of understanding or common decency, the staff member downright refused, saying it wasn’t allowed, and even had the audacity to physically pull me away from the restroom. The level of hostility and lack of basic courtesy was absolutely shocking.
To avoid further confrontation, I reluctantly decided to buy something first, just to use the restroom afterward. This entire experience left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome. I have never felt so disrespected in any café before.
If you value basic customer service and being treated like a human being, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other cafés in the area that actually treat people with respect – spend your money...
Read more€18,00 for a spritz and a beer on a broken table without even a napkin. When we asked for a glass of water, given the heat of the Milanese summer, the waiter refused to bring it unless we purchased a whole bottle of water. It's an absolute joke, considering the price that we already spent on those disgusting and watery drinks (for those who are not Italians, a spritz should never cost more than €5, in Veneto region you usually pay an average of €3,50).
Moreover, the bar used to be lowkey quiet place in on of the most beautiful squares of the centre, but of course the owners had to renew it making it look like a cheap pinterest moodboard in order to justify the absurd raise of the prices. I am very angry that my city is being sold out by such speculators.
I want to point out that I am not angry with the waiters, who were actually quite nice at a very late hour of the night. I am well aware it was not their decision to to bring us water, but they simply follow the decisions of the louts who employ (exploit most...

The guy who is both barista and waiter was very rude, we came with my friend I ordered cappuccino (which is 6€ and not good cappuccino) and my friend wanted to order some drink and panini but accidentally she felt bad and asked to rest several minutes, but this guy came to us and asked to pay the bill. We said that we gonna to order more but he said to pay it anyway in very rude way. And asked to not to lay (which is acceptable but I asked for 5min as my friend couldn’t even sit) But from other guests he didn’t ask to pay in advance. At the end he came and took off menu very aggressively without asking if we want order more or not, but before we said that we want order more. I also work in the serving area but I never let myself this kinda...
