After a really pleasant person behind the counter and waiter helped us and we had a lovely croissant & coffee, we received two bills that were for the same things x2 but with different prices. One with 3 euro service to bring it to the table which is perfectly fine, but the other with the prices of the coffees all more expensive than the first round of exactly the same things. On asking the staff to understand why, we were met with an extremely rude response, the lady behind the till proceeded to shout at me saying âitâs normalâ and that âif I donât agree thatâs fineâ, it was really shocking. Ultimately, theyâre trying to charge 3 euros every time you order something, instead of just adding service to your order or a âtypicalâ cover charge which we experienced everywhere else in Milan/Italy generally. Didnât even then take my payment so I wasnât even sure whether to just leave at that point - simple case of poor communication and seemed like they were trying to rip off their customers and hope they didnât notice. All it needed was a simple explanation and resolution to move on but instead was met with rigid, rude response. Clearly donât care about their customer service! Do not recommend going here as left with horrible taste in our mouths on our last morning in Milan. Weâve never experienced separate service charge for each and every single drink / item you order to a table during one sitting - and 3 euros per time is extortionate when youâre only having a 1,50 coffee and 1 euro pastry?! 6 coffees, 3 pastries and orange juice cost 40 odd euros with these additional charges even though 6x 1.50 and 3x1 is 12 euros⌠plus 3 oranges at 5 euros each and 3 euro service should...

Normally briose and coffee cost 2.50 and I paid 5euro. First I asked them, if it's ok to eat outside. They said ok. They change me âŹ1.50. I noticed it's missing âŹ1 and the receipt is only âŹ2.50 I asked for the missing 1 euro. He said it's the charge to eat outside. But he didn't charge other people who came he didn't charge to eat and sit outside. (the 1 euro is not even on the receipt that I paid)
I give them a chance maybe tomorrow they will treat me well. But hey it's worst!

he gave me a change of âŹ3.50 and I'm wondering why only âŹ3.50?! and I didn't even receive a receipt, It's so clear briose and Cappuccino so I waited for my briose he puts my briose on the paper bag. I didn't even tell him that I want to take away! Like he wants me to go out.. and I said and my coffee?!
He looked at me.. "You said briose" I replied to him disappointed and said "I even said twice!"

L'altro giorno io e mia moglie ci sediamo in questo bar e ordiniamo due spritz campari. Quando ci accorgiamo che non era il campari vero chiamiamo il cameriere e chiediamo di cambiarlo. Ci era già stato portato il conto di 18 euro. Il cameriere lo cambia senza problemi e ci porta un nuovo conto di 24 euro senza dire nulla. Al momento di pagare chiediamo spiegazioni del perchÊ il cambio di prezzo quando sul primo scontrino c'era scritto CAMPARI in maniera ovviamente fraudolenta. Il titolare, avvenutosi della mia osservazione comincia prima ad insultarmi, poi ad alzare la voce e a intimorirmi. Non sto scherzando ha cercato di intimorirmi con le urla e mi è venuto a pochi centimetri dalla faccia intimandomi di pagare. Poi ha insultato anche il cameriere. Il tutto in pieno giorno con altri clienti presenti.
Mi ha anche mandato aff* e offeso. Io ho cercato di rimanere paziente e non ho ceduto a provocazioni ma è stata una situazione indigesta e sicuramente mai successa da cliente.
Mi sono anche sentito in imbarazzo per il signore Italiano che mi ha servito e che ha dovuto subire una simile umiliazione da parte del titolare Ashraf, di fronte a tutti.
Non faccio quasi mai recensioni ma ritengo sia importante perchĂŠ potenzialmente pericoloso per tutti, oltre che un illecito da riportare.
