They ruined my stay in Milan, Worst ecperience in a restaurant in all my life!!

! i give ZERO stars! THE WORST experience in my life in a restaurant! i was yesterday night (saturday) with family, i have no words the bad feeling! The food was bellow any expectations from an italian restaurant, the pasta pomodoro was probably with a 1 euro sauce without any taste, the milan beef was a version of the german schnitzel with beef but trust me, it was tough to chew and nearly burned and the spinach was as tasteless as it was ugly as presentation..i left the food on the table paid and quit..the experience with the waiter was the main point of my concern, the guy was rude in attitude, did not respond to my questions, he gave me the bill just throw on my table, i spoke to the manager, same uneducated rude type...the proce was a steal for the quality of service and food, trust me! i never complain but this one it worth my time! please do yourself a favor, don't loose good time and money, go anywhere else you will have for sure better! please thr photo for yourself, the Milanese beef was horrible to taste and the presentation was below standard for a 23 euro peace of meat, and the spinach was simply boiled spinach but i guess from a can without...

Terrible experience! We ordered sparkling water and they brought normal water. We ordered two pastas, both oil based, and they simply did not bring our food for like an hour. AN HOUR! All the other people around us came later than us, had their food, and had already left. We asked about our food politely but they were so rude and didn’t even say sorry. We called who seemed like a manager (old guy with jeans) to complain (still politely) but the guy did not seem to care as he said literally nothing when we complained! I am not sure if that was based on racism or not but they were incredibly rude and kept ignoring us for a while. Then finally they brought food and that was not we ordered. They brought two pastas, one oil based and the other tomato based. They both were less cooked. We complained but they did not say anything. Honestly, they said nothing like I didn’t exist or something! Then the price was super overcharged - almost 100 euros for two small people. That completely ruined our day in Milan. They really should just close the restaurant if they treat customers like that. They don’t deserve the location. The worst restaurant I’ve ever...

After having a great time at Duomo, my wife and I decided to have food at Biffi Duomo looking at the menu displayed at entry of the restaurant. On entry, an extremely rude waiter (blue jacket) told us that they do not serve pizza assuming that we were there to order one. We selected a seat which was unoccupied and not reserved, but the waiter kept insisting us to sit in the corner against our will even though there were a lot of empty seats around. We were planning to order Bruschette di Pomodoro, zuppa di verdure and Cappuccino. Even before completing the order the waiter said that this is a restaurant and you have to compulsory order one dish per person and if you are unhappy with it, your choice to have the meal or not in this restaurant, again assuming we would order only 1 dish. 😱 It seemed that he was determined to get us out. Thanks to the grand welcome and treatment (some may call this borderline racism) we left the place without eating. We were so happy with the kindness of Italians over the trip but visit to this place ruined our day.

We recommend definitely to skip this place as there are many better places around. AVOID...

Common Keywords: Tourist trap, Bad service, Overpriced, Passable food etc... Well, it's all true. We ordered 2 main dishes & 2 aperol spritz - bill was $67 (incl. cover charge). Obviously we knew the prices would be high due to the location (smack in the heart of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and right next to the Duomo), and that's acceptable - IF at least the food was something to rave about, or if the service was actually decent. Apart from getting us seated, no one actually seemed to care about: 1. taking our orders (one of the senior waitstaff said we had to wait because apparently either it wasn't his job? - or he didn't bother about our table), 2. checking in on us (at some point 4 staff were just busy chatting within themselves), 3. or even getting the bill (whoever we ask, it just doesn't seem like it's their job - even if they're not doing anything at the time ugh). Food was ok, portion wasn't as tiny as in other reviews. But do yourself a favour and just not dine here. Possibly the worst experience one can get.

Don't waste your time & money, something this place don't understand. I have visited Rome, venice, and this was my last stop. First I look at the menu and I walk in. They greeted me with we don't sell pizza. No hi hello. Not sure because the way I dress or look, I never got this behavior. I sit down and usually every place gives me dinner and wine list. I had to ask for theirs. I ordered a bottle of wine, after pouring the bottle in two glass the manager asked would I like try if I want. Don't get me started here. I ordered their steak medium. I got rare. I complained and server said he will yell at the chef... right... doesn't fix my food. End of the night server is like let me offer you some dessert because of the mistake. And then I saw the bill.. bottom line, there are 20 other option with better views. Not worth it. Manager here needs to be changed or trained better to speak to their employees.

Don’t go here. The food was not good. We ordered the pomodoro and tbe truffle pasta. Very simple dishes, yet the quality was not there. This is italy, where you’d expect fresh pasta to be used, but don’t expect it here. They brought a roll of bread for you to have - part of the cover charge. But the bread was flat and bland and cold. Something I’d expect to get at a supermarket. The cover charge was €4.50 per person. Which is high, but I expected that due to the area of the restaurant. We had a bottle of San Pellagrino which on the bill showed as €8.50 which I find ridiculous for 750ml. Total bill was €60, which was to be expected for the area. Yet I was still disappointed to pay it. The waiter also asked if I wanted to add a tip, which confused me as the cover charge was already there I would say skip the restaurant and instead walk 5 mins to a different place where you’ll be satisfied with the food.
