First time coming into a Stone Island store and the customer service was absolutely lacking. All the male sales assistants on the upper floor did not act like they wanted to be there, and were busy barking commands at customers. I wanted to try a sweatshirt and asked an assistant whether there were any change rooms available, we walked around the floor then he turned around and yelled âthere are no rooms you have to waitâ while walking away to get back to folding clothes. Absolutely appalling attitude from such a reputed brand, and eventually he realised his mistake (even if he didnât apologise for his rudeness) and let me use a storage room to try things on. Luckily one of the female sales assistants (Mattia) who came by later was much friendlier and with her I walked out with a new sweatshirt and new coat. If it wasnât for Mattia and her friendly service, I doubt I wouldâve bought anything.    Read moreI was at the Milano Boutique on the 5th July 2025 and was assisted by Markus. I was looking for a T-Shirt for a gift. I was on holiday from Cyprus. The specific size I wanted was sold out at the Store, but Markus went out of his way to assist me, and we found it on the online store and I ordered it and collected a few days later at the Rome Boutique. Markus was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Thank You! After returning back to Cyprus I saw a Tote Bag and contacted the Milano Boutique and I was assisted by Andrea. He went out of his way and beyond to assist me and to reserve the bag. It arrived two days ago and it is amazing! I want to say GRAZIE MILLE to Markus and Andrea as they were extremely helpful went out of their way to assist me!    Read moreThe staff is shocking in behavior. The doorman and sales staff saw us coming but no one moved a muscle to come towards us. We came in, said hello, no one responded even though we were noticed. We walked ourselves upstairs with no sales person, there were at least 5 in the lobby talking together. Upstairs same shocking behavior, sales people chatting together, no response to our greeting. We started looking around and wanted to ask for a different size, it felt like the sales staff didnât want to work, one that we managed to get the attention of came to us chewing gum.
