Fava's Bar e Cucina — Restaurant in Palermo

We couldn’t believe how decently priced the croissants/cornettos and other baked goods were from here. The interior of the place is stylish and modern, with soft music and air conditioning. It is the perfect place to grab a bite at any time of day, and we saw many locals coming in a flood at 7am when they opened up. We enjoyed our pastry and drink so much that we returned a couple of hours later for something savoury. We were fortunate enough to stay just across the road from Fava, but this place is worth a visit...

My favorite cafe in Palermo! The savory one is just too tasty to be true! They make it warm before serving so the cheese is melting down. There are many local office people here too, so it is approved by the locals. You order at the counter and pay there. They bring you the food and coffee. Normally I don’t like loud places but this place is so vibrant and has a lovely interior! I want to come back again. Only 4.5 euro for everything I had. Too cheap for this...

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this cafe is. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, they were very patient with me as I asked about each pastry that they had on display. I ended up having 3 different pastries and each one was better than the previous one. The best of them was the pistachio croissant, the pistachio cream was delicious ! The coffee was amazing as well. Compared to any other place in Palermo, they are miles...
