Immediately when we arrived, we felt extremely rushed to decide what we wanted. After the overbearing waiters shadowed us and followed us around while we looked at the pastries, I asked for hot chocolate, to which both waiters laughed at me and said “no, too hot”. It was too hot to serve hot chocolate but they would still serve coffee?? We then realised they were closing, which was confusing as they had offered us a table to sit at, we got up, apologised profusely and asked to take our pastries to go. Fruit tarts are also tasty with fresh strawberries. One coffee with one bakery costs €4 and the food will never...

Then they complained they didn’t have any 10s and after trying next door to get it, the lady gave me back €20 and said I could pay by card in the end. I did, but made her give me back the rest of the €1.50 I had given her. There was no way they were getting a tip, voluntarily or otherwise. It wasn’t worth the price...
