This modern eatery is a great choice for quality breakfasts and high-end smashburgers. A well designed space, featuring a long communal table and side counters. I recommend making a reservation since it’s quite small. The classic smashburger could have been a standout if it weren’t for the very small patty. It wasn’t a double, but anyway having a slightly bigger patty would make it much more satisfying. Therefore I suggest going with the double. A curious choice for the potatoes, which are cut into strips and baked instead of fried. The result is greasy and indulgent, though having the option of traditional fried fries on the menu might be a good idea. I suspect they avoid frying to keep the place from smelling and to make the most of their excellent ovens used for pastries and viennoiseries. The FOH manager was friendly and accommodating. The two guys in the kitchen were a mixed bag—one very kind and the other visibly stressed by the volume of orders. A smashburger, potatoes, beer, and sauces cost about €22. Prices are slightly high but absolutely in line with the quality and location. Despite a few hiccups, the concept and quality are worth it, so I recommend it for a meal in the center of Rome where you can enjoy modern flavors and vibes. I need to return to try the specialty coffee and pastries, which might just bump my rating to a five.

I've been going through the reviews and pictures and I truly believe it was a BAD day to eat there today I asked which types of Burger there are and the guy told me that there is only one type - Smash Burger. The burger comes without lettuce and other vethtebles, also asked for French fries / potatoes, and the guy said that the Burger comes with crispy fries, which turns out to be a sliced potato chips The burger arrived burnt beyond any reasonably criteria and eating the burger with the chips was a shocking experience. The Burger arrived with caramelized onion inside but it was not noticeable because there was little of it. I didn't have many choices from the menu. It was either a hot dog or a pastrami sandwich or the burger. The price of a Burger is expensive compared to the Burger I received. Luckily we were hungry and ate the dishes, otherwise we would have given up.

This specialty coffee bar in Rome is a true gem, offering not only the best coffee but also the finest viennoiserie in the city. Each cup of coffee is expertly crafted, and the pastries are perfection—crisp, buttery, and utterly delicious. Beyond breakfast, their lunch and dinner options are equally impressive, making it a must-visit any time of day. The young, warm and inviting atmosphere, combined with exceptional service, ensures a memorable experience. Don’t miss out on this top-notch spot for coffee, pastries, and more.
