Our rejuvenating journey at the spa was transcendent, with Xenia displaying an unparalleled mastery in therapy. Her hands worked magic that resonated through body and soul, truly a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation.

The concierge, Benedetta, is the epitome of professionalism and charm. Her impeccable arrangements for our arrival and the insightful recommendations enriched our Roman holiday. The Gladiator School experience she arranged for our kids was not just a hit but a memory they will cherish forever.

The diligence and grace of the housekeeping staff is laudable. Their attention to detail made our rooms an abode of comfort and cleanliness. It’s astonishing to witness such a harmonious operation in a hotel that’s only been open for a few months. The dedication and expertise of the entire team is manifest in every corner of this magnificent hotel.

We cannot say enough great things about this hotel. If you ever get the wonderful opportunity to stay here, do it!! Without hesitation. I would give this hotel 7 STARS if possible. ||From the moment of check-in you are treated like a VIP. FYI, there was a Christian Dior event that took over every available room/suite at the hotel during our stay and we were treated no differently than these VIP guests.||We had a medical emergency during our stay and the hotel team, specifically Meike (DOH), Benedetta - Head of Concierge Team, Giuliana, hotel Manager, were truly amazing in assisting us and ensuring we were well looked after.||PROS:|LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! you can walk nearly everywhere from the hotel||Service is 7||F&B - absolutely every single dish we tried at the hotel was delicious. Il Ristorante is superb!||ROOM: I cannot comment on the suites but our deluxe room was well laid out, super comfy bed and pillows (good pillow menu as well), the BEST hotel slippers I've come across - They put a small mattress down on each side of the bed during turndown that is divine on your feet!||They give you phone chargers for each type you may have, very convenient |They left me eyeglass cleaner and cloth when they noticed I used glasses|They left me pillow spray when they noticed I was stressed|The minibar (except alcohol) is complimentary|Each night at turndown they bring you a different tea in a thermos with a note (excellent touch!) and each night or every other night, a different dessert / sweet to try from Niko Romito - loved these little touches!||The bathroom was very large with a tub and separate shower that had great water pressure as well as separate toilet and bidet and two sinks on a large vanity.||The lighting is excellent and the bath amenities (shaving kit, dental kits, brush, nail kit, etc are also excellent).||HOTEL: Rooftop bar, an absolute MUST, even if you are not staying here. It was chilly out and they brought me a cashmere blanket to use while sitting outside. Others were given one for use as well and of course, this is quite a treat when you want to enjoy the nice cool weather :)||CONS: - NOT ONE!!||Many thanks to the entire Bulgari Roma team on fantastic service at a great location in Rome...
